We literally waited in line for 50 minute to get to the window to pay and collect our food. (We waited this long as I had been sick and needed to eat and it was the only thing that sounded good). People in the window was the worst customer service I could really imagine. Once we paid we waited another 10 minutes, I tried knocking on the window and when i honored someone working yelled "honk" but still didn't come to the window. The people working we could easily hear them yelling, screaming at one another, could hear things being slammed! Finally someone came to the window and I asked for a manager, some guy that was obviously not the manager comes smoking an laughing to the window and I asked him "what's going on?" And he said"what do you mean?) At this point my mind was blown. I asked what's taking so long and he says we cook the food to order, I said I ordered my food an hour ago. I said just give me money back so I can leave. He says "I can't do that I have to get permission from the general manager" keep in mind, I still didn't have food of any kind. I asked him again and told him I would call the police and document what was going on if he didn't return my money. He closes the window and walks away, a minute later a girl comes to the window and gives me my money back in cash, even though I paid with a card, she didn't speak to me, she just handed me the money, closed the window and walked away. Everyone there should be fired, especially the hurting manager and whoever let this go on. Read moreTodays visit to this Wendy's was an interesting adventure.... Everybody had to wait for way, WAY too long to get their orders.... There was a lady in the back that was yelling at the other employees, pretty loud and very rude.... I hope it wasn't the manager, because if so, she should fire herself for treating her employees that way.... I didn't see her, I only heard her, ALL of the customers heard her.... The poor cashier was stressed, confused, and looked to be a little scared.... Orders were just being tossed onto the counter, and she had no idea which customer they belonged to.... Someone's burger was still cold and bloody in the WHOLE center of the patty.... I understand that it was a busy day, but it definitely wasn't THAT busy.... There was absolutely no reason for any of the things that took place when I was there today.... I felt so bad for the cashier.... ((((A few of the other customers did too....)))) Between the impatient and upset customers and the horrible attitude coming from the kitchen, she didn't know what to do or say.... Absolutely unprofessional, especially if that was the manager treating people that way and in front of a bunch of customers.... Read moreThis place is terrible. They are the slowest fast good in town, often you will sit without moving for 10 minutes or more, per car. Orders are almost always incorrect. They ignore special requests, even removing allergen items. They will not answer the phone. They will pick up and hang up, or let it go to voice-mail.
Night shift is a joke. They are supposed to be open til midnight but regularly put a wet floor sign in the drive-thru and then stand around talking instead of working. You can see them through the drive-thru window. They will also accept online orders, then "serve" them out and refuse to open the window to provide either the food or a refund. Night shift is also frequently high and/or drunk. No one wears sunglasses at night in a drive-thru, dropping stuff and stumbling around, without being under the influence.
It's absolutely ridiculous that this place is consistently behaving this way. I would rather drive 20 minutes one way to Troy than ever eat here again after the issues we had most recently. Salad made incorrectly, 3 large sandwiches incorrect, all fries and chili cold. Chili we temped with a meat thermometer at 87 degrees. That isn't even safe to serve....
