Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwich Township

Last night I placed a telephone order at this location. I went in when it was ready to pick it up. I Paid and left the store. When I got home I discovered that part of my order was mixed up. Instead of the 16 piece chicken wings I ordered, I was given garlic bread instead.

I called the store to let them know that they messed up my order and the lady said I should come back for the wings. I told her I’d rather she cancels and issue me a refund. She was very nasty in her response - she said there was no way to refund the money that I either come back and get the wings or forget about it and then hung up the phone on me.

I drove back to the store to register my displeasure and asked that they refund my $20 which was the cost of the wings. She said there was nothing she could do about it and proceeded to call the police. I was stunned! Even her colleague looked at me and said “is she actually calling the cops?”

Anyways I wait and the police came in and I explained what transpired, they went in and talked to her and a few minutes later, another of her colleague walks into the store and tells me that they can refund the money to the card I used.

I couldn’t believe a store called the cops on me for trying to get my money back for a service...

Placed an order for delivery. After 1 hour, still no update. So I called, no answer, called again from a different phone, finally an answer. Assistant manager. Guy said he was the only one there and was trying to call back all of the delivery orders to tell them that he was the only one working…. It took an hour to call back orders? How many could there possibly be to call back? Then I suggested that he stop taking orders if he can’t handle it with just one person (which I understand). He said that was way above his head (pay grade) and can’t do that. then I said so you would rather customers have to call up after over an hour and then find out there will be no food or order delivered? He then proceeded to say that he didn’t have time for this and hung up on me. Hopefully dominos cooperate will see this and get them help or give the managers the ability to stop taking orders….. like every other restaurant on earth does when they get to busy…. Don’t bother ordering from here. You don’t know if your food will even be made and you will not...

I ordered a pizza from the Stewartsville Domino's and it came with a bite taken out of a slice never in my life would I even begin to fathom what to do in this situation so I called the Dominos and the first gentleman that I spoke to told me that they were busy and it's possible that it was a cancelled order that some of the employees may have started to eat and then when he switched me over to the manager of the store she told me that there's no way there was a bite out of my pizza that I can't prove that I didn't take the bite out of the pizza I don't even know what to do in a situation like this so I drove the pizza back I got a canceled receipt just utterly disgusting skeeved out I'm sure it was some sort of prank or or a disgruntled delivery driver but a situation that actually happened I still just can't even fathom arguing with me about it like I wanted to drive from my home to the Dominos to bring back a pizza that I actually wanted to eat what would that accomplish I don't know Dominos is what Domino's is eat here at your own...
