Gone are the days when you’d walk onto a car lot and a salesperson would RUN not walk up and ask what you’re looking for and help appease your questions and thoughts.. nonetheless… PE Honda is well organized and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable.. Our sales guy Jason was on point and fantastic in giving me info on the car I liked but was unsure and a bit naive about.. Jason had me test drive the Accord Hybrid I liked and answered every question I had.. the purchase process went smooth and Steve in finance was terrific! It all took about 4 hours and my only wish is that the car would have been detailed properly. Outside looked great but the interior could have had a bit more love. Also, the financing paperwork could have had some more important info (Not the dealership’s fault) If you’re in the market… definitely use PE HONDA.. The staff is down to earth, informed and you’ll leave there feeling like you met with friends for the day. THANKS Jason, Steve, and their very nice receptionist (didn’t get her name but she’s a doll) Thank you PE HONDA!!

see there bbb rating. -Billed once in the 60k mile Maintenance package that includes inspect and rotate tires, balance tires and alignment. -Billed again for balance and alignment for as part of the the new tires I was buying at the same time.... service manager Steve said those services were only worth $50 and would give me $50 dollars back When invoice clearly shows those services being billed at $200 - Buyer beware these folks are crooks How does one rotate new tires? How does one balance tires 2 times? are they extra balanced? Take a look at this companies better business bureau rating!!! - inflation? No doubling billing.... how can you rotate new tires you just put on the same day in the same service? Nice try to blame your incompetence and theft on inflation. PS.. Not worried about folks seeing my Info I'm easily accessible and have nothing to hide. If Folks would like to reach out and contact me about my experience I will be happy to talk to them.

Have bought 3 cars at this dealer. Bought brand new a 2019 Honda Civic by early 2022 we noticed the driver side mirror’s paint started to crack and gradually then the other side started to crack we reached to the dealer and they said because the car was no longer under warranty they couldn’t do anything. They blame it on everything but obviously was an issue with the factory paint job you dont need to be an expert. I’ll be brief the GM for Pburg Honda turned down the request to make it right. I reached out to Honda directly filed a complain and they said there was nothing they could do. By January 2024 both mirror were completely paint less, reached out to Honda again and all they did was open another complaint all they can do. They will not stand behind their products. Honda P-burg should have stood behind a customer that bought not 1 but 3 cars from them.

I got my very first Honda Civic here over 15 years ago. The experience was wonderful and the team was always very nice. I continued using them as my place to go for Honda vehicles despite the distance. Recently I got my fourth vehicle from them , but as a lease this time. When I got the lease I was told incorrect information about oil changes. I was told the first two years of my lease I could go to any Honda dealer I wanted to and then after that I would have to come to them. I contacted the sales representative, David Ball , who handled my deal. Over a month ago to I called him to confirm this information in a lengthy conversation. Which again he said I could go anywhere for the first 2 years and then I would have to come to them.

Today I went to get my second oil change at a nearby Honda dealer and was told the opposite information , they ran my VIN number and showed me that I did not have this option available to go to any dealer that it was just the first oil change. Naturally I was upset and very displeased about this, especially because I confirmed this information prior to going in for my oil change.

I contacted the sales rep and he was very condescending and rude to me and was using language that was trying to make it seem like I wasn’t understanding . The sales representative kept cutting me off and would not let me finish my words. He kept insisting that in 2024 Honda had certain complementary maintenance for leases. I felt as though he was deliberately trying to confuse me, me because my lease is a 2025 that I got this year which I at that point in the conversation was more upset and told him to please listen to what I’m saying. And I went over with him that we are in 2025 and our last conversation (in 2025) that he told me I could go anywhere for the first two years. He fumbled over his words and spoke to me in a very condescending tone and manner. I was very upset at how I was being treated and spoken to. I asked for a manager to call me.

I did get a phone call from a manager who was also very rude and condescending and tried to play down the incident and didn’t care to rectify the situation. I did ask them if I am being spoken to in this manner because I am a female. I am 100% sure that they would have not spoken to a male in this manner. The manager got irate and said oh you’re going to use that female thing? And called me names and hung up the phone on me.

I then proceeded to call one of the business partners who signed the papers on my lease deal and it just got worse. He gave me the speech about being raised by a single woman and telling me that I’m unintelligent and childish and emotional . Again words that no “professional “ place of business should use when talking to their customers, especially after being treated so horribly and given the wrong information. He said that he didn’t care if I wrote a bad review and the bottom line is that he only cares about the money that is in the pockets of the business partners. The statement is evident from their behaviour, because once you get in the door and you leave and they make a sale, they don’t care about you or treat you kindly.

Disgusting, unethical and the worst customer service.

What an Experience — True Dedication Defined! If you’re looking for the true definition of dedication, look no further than Santos Rivera at Honda of Philipsburg and Easton. As first-time new car buyers, my wife and I were super nervous. We didn’t know what to expect or even if we would find a car we could leave with. But from the moment we drove onto the lot, Santos greeted us with a warm smile and welcoming energy, letting us know right away that he was there to help. Our initial plan was to check out and possibly purchase a used 2022 Hyundai Tucson. However, Santos went above and beyond to ensure that we left with the best possible deal—without ever making us feel pressured or like he was trying to benefit personally from our purchase. His only goal was to make sure we were happy and found a car that fit our needs and our budget. Even though my wife and I have decent credit, we don’t have a long credit history, which made it challenging to get the right financing. Santos and his manager worked tirelessly, going back and forth with different banks, keeping us informed every step of the way, offering us drinks, and constantly reassuring us that they were doing everything in their power to help us. At first, we were disappointed that the bank quoted us an outrageous interest rate for the used Tucson. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Santos promised he wouldn't give up—and he kept his word! He introduced us to Honda’s leasing program, which is unlike any other. Not only did we get approved, but we also received the option to finance the vehicle after three years at a confirmed buyout price. Thanks to Santos and Honda, we left with smiles from ear to ear in a brand-new 2025 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid, 4 years of maintenance and oil changes for free, great warranty, amazing insurance rate, and a detail clean inside and out! —for less than half of what we would’ve paid monthly for the used Hyundai with 30,000 miles! As if that wasn't enough, we even received an incentive that we put towards our down payment for choosing the 2025 CR-V. Talk about a deal! Santos did far more than what his job required. He treated us like family and made sure Honda took care of us. If you’re looking for someone who’s truly dedicated and will make you a priority, Santos Rivera is your guy. I highly recommend Gregg, Tony and Anthony!!!!! I hate buying cars and I hate dealing with the BS of back and forth. It makes my anxiety worse. I’ve researched for quite a while on what car I need and want for me and my growing family. I finally decided I want a TrailSport. This is not the first time I visited the lot of PE Honda. The first time, the sales person was not to accommodating. He was actually a bit arrogant and not to helpful. So I left. During my research, I bumped into Anthony online- one of the sales manger. He was very truthful about the pricing compared to anyone else I dealt with so finally decided I want to go to the dealership to see and test drive the car. As I was parking in-front of the dealership, I was greeted by this pleasant all smiling face gentleman. He’s name is Gregg. He was absolutely delightful to talk to. Calm, nice, friendly and extremely accommodating very opposite to the last visit I had. Then I met Tony, initially I thought he is a movie star he looked like from a movie I saw before but anyway he is the sales manager that day. I looked for Anthony but unfortunately he was not there. Tony was great because he took my fear away. He gathered exactly what I wanted and said I will put together number and u let me know if that’s the number ur comfortable with. I was honestly surprised with the deal so I agreed to the terms. It was smooth sailing with two amazing people Gregg & Tony. But here comes the hard part, dealing with finance people. I know it’s their job to sell u stuff. I negotiated to add something in the contract without increasing my price, it because hell from there so my anxiety level is high at this point and I just needed to run away. Thank God for Tony’s calmness, he and another manager helped with setting the contract to a small fraction which I eventually agreed and I drove my favorite car which I named “Sport”! Thank you Tony. I would not have survived car buying that day without you. Thank you Gregg for being so pleasant and nonjudgmental. Keep wearing that beautiful smile always. It makes a lot of different in every person you meet. I want to thank you for the wonderful kind woman in the front desk for being so nice when I picked up my plates.
