My mobile order was a disaster. I intend to follow up for a full refund. I waited at least 40 mins in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I come home to discover I am missing a whole entire meal! I have had to listen to my partner rant and rave how disappointing and expensive this supposed breakfast was. I drank 1 drink and ate my yogurt parfait. I spent nearly $22. This has never happened before. I am baffled how the manager even let this bag of food go. The wrap I did receive was seriously lacking in eggs. More like hash browns rolled up in a burrito. Now I have the hassle and inconvenience of calling the restaurant and asking for this refund. I would of loved to email the manager but see no contact information available like that online. I see where I can contact corporate but would rather just speak to the manager at this location.
1/17/24 I did not learn my lesson apparently. I returned to this establishment to pick up my online order. I arrived at 10:34 and my order was placed 10:20 ish online. Anyhoo why does the app allow you to place a breakfast order if breakfast starts wrapping up at 10:00 and finishes at 10:30. I do not see how a chicken biscuit, parfait, and tots could not be cooked and given to me. If the tots was the issue I would have gladly accepted fries in place. Unfortunately that was not an option given to me at that moment. I work a customer service job and I am certain this establishment could have attempted to accommodate me but instead just wanted to tell me 1,2,3 times that breakfast ends 10:30. I do not think I will...
Read moreThis is like the Ritz of fast food places. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A to begin with, but this one . . . omg. Big, spotlessly clean even after the main dinner hour rush, friendly people. I expected a bit of a wait, as they were busy, so I sat down. Within maybe 5 min someone brought the order to me where I was sitting. Smart - eliminates the crowd of people waiting for orders at the counter. But also smart, because it's a level of service you don't find at fast food places.
There's a really nice patio with plenty of tables outside. And it's kids nite every Tuesday. There's also a pretty cool display inside "discover the whole story" - shows some intriguing pix that make you want to go see what the story in them is all about.
I travel a lot back and forth on I-78. This place is about a mile and a half off the highway. Definitely worth the extra distance to pass McD and the others along the way.
I like this company. They're closed on Sunday because of religious beliefs. Christians, of course, aren't allowed to openly celebrate their faith, so my hat's off to these guys for sticking to it! Frankly, I'd like to see a return to blue laws. Even if you're not a person of faith, you're forced to spend one day a week chilling out, with fam, or whatever.
One last thing. Commentary on how messed up we are. The drive-thru lane was all the way around the building on a beautiful warm day. Bunch of fat-a--es. There was zero line inside. Hey, America . . . park the car, get off your fat buts, and...
Read moreChick fil a is one of the best fast casual chicken restaurants, and in my view only Popeye's north of the Mason Dixon line gives it a run for it's money depending on what you want to eat. This location though located just off Route 78 on the New Jersey/Pennsylvania border is crazy crowded. We have used this as a stopping point multiple times during our trips to South Carolina from Connecticut, and have never been able to get served within less than 20 minutes. The staff to their credit gets out and tries to take pre-orders and keep the line moving, but the problem is usually inside where the line can snake through the fairly spacious restaurant area. The problem is in the area that is required for pickup, on the left of the order desk, which also happens to be where the doors and bathrooms are. The front of the store does have a patio with 4-5 tables that can be used on a nice day to sit outside, think puppy or dog friendly. If you are looking for a good chicken sandwich and have more than a few minutes to wait, this is a good stop (Starbucks next door), but if you are looking to drive through and be back on the road in 5 minutes, keep moving on Route 78 and look for another...
