Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pohatcong Township

Just don't know what the issue is with Taco Bell. People or management but it is absolutely the slowest bell ive been to. You can't understand the girl inside.. She sounds like she has a mouth full of something mayb its the teeth tattoos or whatever they are.. but she can't understand you either. Slow inside and even slower in drive through.. Pass this one if your going down the highway. Do chic-fil-a instead!

Still the horror exists. New visit I ask for an item order a few days earlier and the girl at the drive thru literally says I only work one day a week I didn't know we didn't have that item anymore. I wish I could work one day a week and not know...

I really waited over 20 minutes for two meals. They literally served every customer inside and at the drive thru. I politely asked where my food was and why everyone else was served before me? Then the lady at the front counter told me sorry we are really short handed. Was like oh well... What???. How is that my problem? The manager didn't seem to care at all. Do not go here even if you are dying of starvation and it is the only option. Email to corporate went unanswered as of this post 2 weeks later. Guess taco bell doesn't care about long time losing paying...

Order thru app, first drink holder couldn't bare weight of 3 lrg drinks one fell and soaked my car, not one napkin given considering the situation then they gave me wrong order, when finally gave me right food i asked for the sauce we ordered but the manager said it was in the box thankfully I double checked and none so they gave me a hard time just collecting what I ordered I visit the location often but this was the worst visit I've ever encountered manager heard my complaint and rushed me out the drive thru wit good day good day bye bye smh he couldn't...
