Wok 'N' Roll — Restaurant in Greenwich Township

I had been going there out of necessity for a while, food Is NEVER consistent, they are always looking for help wanted in the kitchen no wonder!, last time they messed up my beef lo mein so bad food was undercooked, chewy, dry, and had ZERO taste, I called Peter to let him know, he said sure no problem, I'll give you credit and we'll take care of you, went back there tonight to remind him and get my lo mein, he said "I don't know what the problem is" wouldn't give me credit, meanwhile the lady from the kitchen comes out saying "he alway has problem with food" I have no idea what she was talking about, told her she is a Liar, that I never complained about food before, and walked out. They LOST me as a customer, horrible service! You'd think as an owner Peter would want to hear his long time customer and fix the problem , if anything, customer should always be right when it comes to food business, since I had never even complained to them about there food before!.... Dirty kitchen, I saw bugs there one time!... DO NOT GO TO THIS CHINESE unless you are looking for sub-par food and...

The worst place I have ever ordered from. Ordered Fantail Shrimp. Now don't get me wrong, I completely understand Chinese Food is not going to be the very very best seafood but what we received is a complete joke. They come nice golden brown, nice looking size. Until you bite into them. 95% of it is complete fried oily breading! The shrimp inside is no bigger than the tip of my thumb yet with breading is the size of my hand. To top it off when we called to see if there was something else we could order or work out our bill being we spent $10 on 2 orders, we were told "That's the way they are and if you do not like it you can go somewhere else!" Delivery always on poiint even to the other side of town. The staff is always polite. Nice little story, my parents were visiting our home so we orderedd take out. In this occasion i was picking up the order. As i was walking back to the car i stumbled over the curb and all my food hit the ground. I placed a second order and gave the owner my debit card. He saw what happened and refused to take payment. I insisted on paying because it was my mistake. He insisted more and refused to process the payment. I'm from the eastern side of the state where chinese food is ubiquitous. This family owned restaurant makes great food at an affordable price point.
