Full disclosure: I didn't actually eat or order here. Don't get me wrong. I wanted to. I tried. For some reason the Arby's website wasn't bringing this location up, even when I input the exact address of the building itself. The only way to find it on their site was to go through the whole tree of "all stores" - "state" - "city" etc... And once I finally DID find the store, so I could even SEE the prices and offerings, when I went to the menu it LOST THE LOCATION! The restaurant itself doesn't seem to have any of the specials listed anywhere. So if you want to see them you HAVE to use the website. See the problem?
Arby's, psychology has shown every barrier you put up between your customers and a sale gives them another opportunity to change their mind. Locking deals behind a login/ signup? Bad idea. Making your website not show stores quickly to air in decision making? Also bad. You lose sales because of frustration and in short order.
Now, to be fair to the employees of this location, they all seemed perfectly friendly and personable. They did try to help. This isn't their fault. It's something way above their pay grade, so no...
Read moreHad one of the worst drive thru experiences here last night. I was getting food for 4 people and got 4 meals. The man on the speaker asked after I finished ordering "do you need any sauce for ALLL that food?" Not just saying all but emphasized ALL. Then getting up to the window idk if it was the same person but they again said ALL that food. Again we had 2 bags of food that were not full (one being fries) for 4 people. They expressed multiple times how much food we got, then getting up to the window they started talking about us. How do I know that? They accidentally left it open and I heard before they realized and shut the window to continue talking. Literally this interaction was horrible and made me not want to eat the food we got, which was subpar at best and out large fries were only filled half way full. It was incredibly unprofessional, and it was interesting that they could focus on talking about customers and doing that when they were only taking one order at a time and could barely...
Read moreI had went in about 1 wk prior and ordered their 2 fish sandwich special with a 2 piece order of the potatoes cakes. Well the potato cakes tasted like they had been cooked in old greece, so I called and spoke to the manager Sam and he said for me to come back at my convince and they would make it right. Well I decided to stop back in thinking that they would only give me a new order of the potatoes cakes. I also ordered the fish sandwich special again thinking I would have to at least pay for the sandwiches, but the assistant manager insisted that I didn't need to pay for any of the food and freshly cooked me 2 fish sandwiches along with freshly cooked potatoe cakes and no charge for any of it. Most places would've only hiven/replaced just the food item that was bad for free but they gave me all of it for free. Now that's what I call excellent...
