Shop was nice and clean. I booked online with the owner but was passed to another tech when I got there. The nail tech I had was very friendly but unfortunately, I hate how my nails turned out. Theyāre way skinnier than I wanted which was a miscommunication on my part but she was already half way done before I spoke up about the sizing. Overall the nails have been filed too slanted and the tips are different widths when comparing fingers, my nails look nothing like the inspo pic. You can also see a line in the powder where it looks like it may not of blended completely. I paid cash and left very unhappy after looking at them closer in the car but already spent an hour and an half there. Atmosphere was great but quality and outcome of my nails were not. Phillip has always gone the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my nail color choices. He's great at helping me choose colors for special events that have occurred over the years. Quinn is top notch and does an amazing job on my nails while caring for the integrity of my nail bed. Also, the nails are more natural looking and not super thick like most places Iāve used.
Some people get agitated if she doesnāt have an opening and canāt take them right away. Keep in mind that you HAVE to make an appointmentā¦they DO NOT take walk-ins!
