Shop was nice and clean. I booked online with the owner but was passed to another tech when I got there. The nail tech I had was very friendly but unfortunately, I hate how my nails turned out. They’re way skinnier than I wanted which was a miscommunication on my part but she was already half way done before I spoke up about the sizing. Overall the nails have been filed too slanted and the tips are different widths when comparing fingers, my nails look nothing like the inspo pic. You can also see a line in the powder where it looks like it may not of blended completely. I paid cash and left very unhappy after looking at them closer in the car but already spent an hour and an half there. Atmosphere was great but quality and outcome of my nails were not. I absolutely love this place! Phillip has been doing my nails for 15 years now, I will not go anywhere else! He and his wife Rose bought this shop a little over a year ago so that they could offer customers the type of professional, courteous, and friendly service they felt everyone deserves. Phillip has always gone the extra mile to make sure I am happy with my nail color choices. He's great at helping me choose colors for special events that have occurred over the years. I've referred family members and friends to him. His wife Rose gives the absolute best pedicures, her foot and leg massages are so relaxing. I moved to Greenwood in 2021 and was apprehensive about finding a new nail tech. It took me until October 2022 to find a place I trust. Quinn is top notch and does an amazing job on my nails while caring for the integrity of my nail bed. Also, the nails are more natural looking and not super thick like most places I’ve used.

Some people get agitated if she doesn’t have an opening and can’t take them right away. Keep in mind that you HAVE to make an appointment…they DO NOT take walk-ins!
