Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenwood

I stopped here on my way to work, I always estimate approximately how long it should take to order and still get to work on time, but not this time!!😡 There were only three people in the drive through counting myself and took for ever for them to serve us!! I sat there 10 minutes just waiting for someone to come to the window to even start the 1st person's transaction, and no one had even taken the order of the person directly in front me, no telling how long they'd been sitting there before I pulled up, which left me just sitting idly watching my car clock! I mean come on guys, it's Taco Bell not a five star restaurant, so not a whole lot of preparation right? I only ordered a Nachos Bell Grande (w/extra meat & cheese) and a large Mountain Dew (w/little ice) So I finally get to the window at this point I figured I'd better go over my order again and naturally a young man told everything was in order! While he was giving my credit card and receipt a young lady walks up looking just as confused as the young man, with an open bag and says to him "Here's your order!" He then shoves the bag out to me, says thanks and closes the window! I pulled off, trying to hurry and get out of the way of the next person I noticed who had pulled up behind me, then half a block from the restaurant, I realized I didn't have my drink, so back to the drive through another five minutes waiting for the driver in front of me to be served! Well got my drink, was 20 minutes late for work, because I was stuck in the drive and couldn't back out or go around the other cars because the lane wasn't wide enough! I was starving after running my errands and working all day. I love taco bell at times like this. I ordered a XX grilled steak combo Minus the guacamole ranch... and substituted that with the jalapeno cream sauce.... I get my order and find a seat. The taco was delicious and I quickly devoured it! I unwrapped my grilled burrito and the first thing I noticed was that the tortilla it was made on was cracked and old.... no biggie-I was starving after all.... figured I'd power thru. I put the hot sauce on and took a big bite of guacamole and beans. Thinking it was the guacamole cream I took the cracked old burrito to the counter. I told the underling that it had guacamole cream in it and I didn't like guacamole... then the manager grumpily came up to challenge me. He said he made the burrito and that it has guacamole in it. Oh I said...my bad....I guess ill just scrape the guacamole off of it....I didn't know it had that in it. Then the manager turned his back to me. The underling that was looking at my burrito apologized and told me that he would make me another burrito but he didn't want to get yelled at by his manager. So after going back to my table.... kind of wondering what just happened....I understood the cracked dry tortilla and found out why I got a mouthful of guacamole on my first bite. The manager made this burrito.... keep that in mind. All the guacamole was in the first half of the burrito... all the good stuff was under the top half. I shoveled the guacamole out and wrapped up the burrito trying to salvage what I could from the $11 dollars that I paid for the...

I had an order here from doordash, and the manager personally handed my food to someone who wasn't my doordasher. So when my actual dasher went there, he called me saying that my food was picked up 30-40 mins ago! I was on the other end and was able to talk to her and she stated "I personally handed the dasher your food 30-40 mins ago" I told her that's not possible as I didn't have a dasher at that time she proceeded to argue with me while being confidently wrong. If it was my actual dasher, I wouldn't be on the phone with you about it! It was also a 50$ meal, which is a lot of money.

The managers at this location need to be educated more on dashers because someone who got fired as a dasher can still have access to orders, not accept them but act like they are picking it up just to steal the food.

The worst part is they never reimbursed me or wanted to help with the situation that the manager herself caused due to lack of proper due diligence. Ontop of all this, their Mexican pizzas taste like chemicals, and food was super stale. Made my husband and I sick after eating it. Sucks that this is the only location. They need to fire the manager and replace her with...
