First time visitor here (the space has been multiple establishments in the last few years) and it was worth the 20 min Friday date night wait. I had the cimmichangas ground beef and chicken) and my wife had a chicken bowl. We both agreed there was an incredible amount of good flavor in each of our dishes. You cant contribute to a review without talking about chips and salsa! The chips were good and the salsa was delicious (had some pepper kick in it too!). We ordered extra bowls to take home as well. The white cheese is something I have come to learn is pretty standard (and more expensive than store bought) - but it never stops us from ordering it. Our server was on top of it and made sure we had refill of all beverages. The jalapeño margaritas was excellent - though not as spicy as expected, but absolutely loved how they were served super cold and smoked (ol'dry ice?). Great touch. We...

This is one of the worst Mexican restaurants ever eaten at in my life. My wife is half Hispanic so she can grade the food the food was not near as good as other places. Most of all the prices are three times higher than most restaurants. And the wait staff is absolutely horrible they were too busy visiting with other people that apparently they knew in the restaurant. If you want a regular customer someone they knew you did not get good service. Our waiter kept running off to go talk to people that had came in that he knew. We couldn't even get a drink refill. I would recommend any other Mexican restaurant but this one. Seems like they put a lot of money into their decor and I think they partnered with a particular tequila manufacturer. But they didn't put it into the wait staff or the...

The food was bland and basic. For appetizers we ordered guacamole and nachos. The guac was very bland. Only avocado and tomatoes in it. No salt or pepper. The nachos tasted nothing like nachos. There was bell peppers on the nachos with no beans or even cheddar cheese. They used a different cheese that did not taste good. The entrees were all very bland. I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants in the past (out of state) and this is not worth the hype. Only go here if you want Instagram worthy drinks. Service is alright. We had to ask for the table to be cleared after we finished our appetizers. No one came to greet us at our table when we were seated. But the server was nice once he did come introduce himself. Overall , this place is overhyped. Very...

El Toro offers a solid dining experience with plenty of positives! The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated the dedicated vegetarian menu—a big plus for plant-based diners. The restaurant has a nice ambience, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, making it great for any weather or mood. The bar section is separate and well set up, which adds to the overall vibe. There’s also free parking, which is always a win. On other side, the taste was okay—not bad by any means, but not exceptionally memorable either. Still, the experience as a whole was enjoyable, and I’d say it’s worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for a relaxed spot with good service and a nice environment.

I had the pleasure of dining at El Toro restaurant and was blown away by the quality of their food and drinks. The margarita was perfectly balanced and had a nice kick to it. I was impressed with the range of dishes on the menu. The service at the restaurant was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was casual and inviting. I would highly recommend this Mexican restaurant for their delicious food and amazing margaritas. Whether you're in the mood for classic Mexican dishes or something more creative, this restaurant has something for everyone.
