Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Greenwood

As a small family owned company with deal with customer service everyday, and pride ourselves in trying to give the best customer service! Everyone always says how great Chick-Fil-A is great with their customer service, but it is true. As a company we order from door dash at least everyday, and we NEVER have issues when ordering from this location. It is always prompt and ready for the driver, it is always correct. Today 3 of us ladies were looking forward to our delightful frosted coffees, if you have never tried this delightful breakfast treat you are depriving yourself of major deliciousness! Anyway I was very sad to see that it wasn't on the door dash menu. I decided to call to see if they discontinued it or if I was just crazy. The took it off temporarily while they fixed the ice cream machine. The young lady that answered the phone was sweet enough to stop was she was doing to try to add it back to the menu just so I could place my order. About 5 minutes later I get a phone call back on my cell phone from her telling me that she was sorry that it wouldn't let her add it back. She didn't have to call and tell me that, she also didn't have to help me get my order in just the way I wanted it. Chick-Fil-A has their stuff together, and is able to hire amazing employees that want to give each customer good service! Just got my order at 7:15 tonight. In the middle of dinner rush. There was only one crew member at the window bringing orders to cars. This members name tag was under their safety vest so I didn't get his name. He was a very kind Asian gentleman who was doing his best to pass out the food. Our drinks were missing so we waited by the window while they were getting made and here's what we noticed. This crew member was doing the best he could, he was alone and the two girls right inside the window, setting food and drinks on the table for him to take to cars, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They ignored him when he was trying to make sure he had things right. They ignored him when he asked for help. One of the girls told him to "figure it out" when he said that he accidentally gave the wrong drinks to a car that already left. Those girls need to learn to respect their coworkers. The man saw a manager and flagged her down from outside. The manager came up and instantly helped. She had a positive attitude and when he said that the drinks were given to the wrong car, she simply asked what was needed and made the drinks right away. This whole time the gentleman was apologizing to the cars waiting. Being patient with the rude crew members at the window. And he was overall doing a wonderful job and keeping calm. I would give 5 stars for the young man taking orders, he was very nice and did a great job! The restaurant gets 1, zero if I could. There was a group of young women passing out food at the window. Idk why it took 4 of them to hand me my drink and food from the window. Well one did while 3 just stood there. I would understand if they were taking orders to cars but in 5 minutes, they weren't. It smelled like mildew or spoiled milk by the drive through window. It was gross. Idk if the wind was carrying the smell outside or what, but it was gnarly. The food is probably the most highly overrated anything I've ever eaten or purchased. The spicy chicken was in no way spicy. I believe it was suppose to be spicy, the breading had an orange tint to it, but not spicy at all or even close. The grilled chicken nuggets looked good so I ordered a 12 piece. In the picture on the menu, they're obvious grilled shaped nuggets. I received a chopped up piece of chicken with dressing or a marinade on it and they tasted like trash. I wouldn't even call it a 12 piece. It was the same volume as an average 6 piece nugget from any other fast food dive.
