I don't eat there nor do I expect to. I have first hand account from current employees that they do not make hair & bakers wear beard nets and several people got hair in their donuts. They make the employees clean the dining room & bathroom with straight bleach without the proper PPE. ALL the tips received goes in to a pot. Instead of equally distributing it the manager takes it and gives all the employees $1 an hour as a tip and keeps the rest for himself. I'm amazed you have any employees at all.
In response to their response. No the person who informed me of your practices in your location was not fired. In fact they still work there. There has NEVER been an instance where the employees have received more than $1 an hour for a tip. Using pure Clorox bleach is a hazard. Use actual cleaning liquid that's not harmful to your employees. It cost more but it's safer for the health of your employees (but probably don't care). In all of this you did not mention the lack of hair hair nets and bear covering for the bakers. I think your customers enjoy...
Read moreGreat donut spot!!! You can't Miss it, we had lunch sandwiches one bagel and one croissant. Ingredients were fresh. We have a mixed box of donuts, glazed one are the best by a lot, they can compete head to head to another spot but for the one that has near them , this IS the best yeast donut, they were really fresh, I tried the glazed croissant, the blueberry donut so good, my favorite. We also tried 4 different drinks, peach milk tea with boba, a strawberry berry banana smoothie, a mangonada and a piña colada. Very good! Very attentive staff. Nice atmosphere. My suggestion, be aware when you do or not have napkins, and put the music a little bit up, it felt a little silence. Otherwise everything was clean. Check...
Read moreI LOVE Pana Donuts. Pana coffee...Pana breakfast sandwiches...not so much. This was almost a 5 start review because I love their donuts so much. Their donut selection is fantastic, my faves are: the old fashioned, buttermilk, and apple fritter. Their coffee...isn't great but its also not awful, its fine. Their breakfast sandwiches (I've had the croissant, egg, sausage, cheese) it tastes on par with Burger King's croissan'wich. Their ham,, cheese,, jalapeño croissant is very good. The service is fantastic. Everyone that works there is always helpful and friendly. Honestly their donuts are the best in town imo, but maybe go to Strange Brew (local coffee shop on Smith Valley rd) for your coffee and...
