Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

It was my first time in there. I just thought they were any old other pizza place like any other pizza place. It seems like everything in there is Take and bake. And the little menu that she had on the countertop I could barely see it and the entire place just look just empty like nothing about it made me even want to stay in there really. Don't know what to tell you. If you want to take and bake I guess let them prep it and you take it and bake it but. If you want pizza Enzo's up the street on Madison Avenue has some of the best on the south side if not the best on the Southside. I. only reason I even went to Papa Murphy's was because I was starving and the Starbucks next door has like a half a sandwich is like $9 over there so needless to say Papa Murphy's wanted me to take my pizza home and warm it up and then bring it back to Starbucks I guess I don't know. So I ended up at Mcalister's Deli next to it. Where I had a tuna wrap and they threw in a cookie or it comes with it. Delish....

I ordered a stuffed meatlovers pizza. It came to $20.65. I handed him a hundred dollar bill and .65 cents. He handed the bill back to me, put the change in his register, and then told me to bring back a $20 bill. I was stunned, and I turned to leave and find a place to break the $100. Before I left, I told them to plz go head and make the pizza, I was only going next door to Starbucks. It should've been ready by the time I finally got back. But it wasn't. I had to wait behind 2 ppl b4 having to reorder. After ordering a 2nd time and paying a 2nd time, And waiting another 15 mins, I almost lost my cookies when the woman behind me was called up, her pizza was ready. Super obviously, they did not start my pizza when I left. Lesson, PAPA MURPHYS DO NOT...

Used to be good,but now I don't think these employees pay attention if the order is customized or not. 2 times in a row,I asked for no bacon on my stuffed pizza, but yet I got home and after it's all baked,there's bacon all over it. I don't think I'll be going back to that store.

UPDATE: 02/18/2025: came back here thinking it might gotten better, same exact issue, I placed an order online, customized one pizza to take off the bacon, got to the store to pick it up, they were still working on my pizza, the girl on the register did mention to the one making my pizza, saying the pizza is MINUS BACON. got home,which is about 45 mins away and still had bacon all over it. I mean how hard is it to read and know what customer is ordering there. This...
