Iâve been coming here for years to study or to catch up with friends. I love the store and the workers are usually awesome, however one barista decided that she âownedâ the store, and decided to kick me out at 10:10 (20 minutes before close).
I was trying to finish the last question of an assignment, about to leave, and noticed the barista to glare and watch me since 9:50 pm. She reminded me 3 separate times that the cafe was closing, so I wouldnât be able to order food, but never mentioned anything about the store closing early. I replied with okay, Iâll be leaving very soon, not wanting to be rude by making people stay later than they need too . At 10:10 pm, I noticed her staring at me again and she said, âYou guys need to leave my store now.â
I checked both website and store sign about closing time and mention that the store doesnât close for another 20 minutes, it doesnât even mention dining room closing early. She continue to tell my friend and I that we need to leave her store. If she would have been nicer, I wouldnât have questioned it at all.
However, she was very rude. Glared and watch my friend and I for over 40 minutes. Her attitude to customers was so disrespectful and rude. I would recommend to have someone else take your order or make it. She has messed up mine a couple times.

My order was accurate and the staff was friendly I don't go to Starbucks on a regular basis because I'm not like an excessive coffee drinker however I have gone there in the past periodically to get employees at the planet fitness that I used to work at on 38th Street and Indianapolis coffees as a reward for their good work that they did for me and other various places or gym locations that I was employed at as a manager I would treat my employees to coffees for doing a good job and also I used to take my daughter there periodically As a treat as well however very sporadically I guess if you will but every time I've never been disappointed and I've also had a couple business meetings with some people in regards to realty and things I used to get their gingerbread tea but they no longer have it very disappointed about that considering the season and I do love that tea however otherwise I'm very pleased and I would suggest that this along with other locations you will probably go to we'll have a pleasant experience as I did...
   Read moreGirl with brown hair was rude to me and tried to hurt my feelings who works here. Iâm sorry, I pay 7 dollars for my overly expensive drink, which I fancy up and for some reason tastes different every-time I order it.
This was my favorite store, and now Iâm just upset. I donât know why I even come to Starbucks.

Yeah⊠but your sister stores make the drink different every-time. I get used to it⊠go somewhere else, omg itâs just too different.
I suggest Starbucks just universally train employees⊠the same way? lol idk what is going on.
Your process for handling errors is backwards. I call Starbucks to tell them whatâs wrong, takes 40 minutes. I waited 30 minutes for my drink. Then I get attitude lol.
Why even sell coffee if youâre gonna make me work for free, on the phone?
Then Iâm told to handle this at the store, wellâŠ. And itâs an endless cycle, so yeah.
