Okay, me and my boyfriend love pizza king. Always have so we just moved to greenwood and found this one. We paid 34.00 for a large royal fest and breadsticks and sm side salad.....I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! IF IT HADN'T SNOWED SO MUCH I WOULD OF DROVE 20 MINS BACK TO GET A REFUND! The pizza tasted fake, awful sauce was horrible along with all the toppings, the breadsticks is just BREAD not the famous breadsticks pizza king serves. The crust of the pizza was burnt along with bottom of the breadsticks, the outer crust had lots of burnt dough on it as if they cooked it on a dirty pan....when I pulled up I noticed it didn't look like a normal pizza king or have the normal packages so I asked are you private owned? The clerk said yes that's why we couldn't give you the dill butter he said the owner won't let us give it out. Every time we order pizza king we always order a side of dill butter what they normally put on there bread sticks.... so after i ordered they callrd me back and said hey our owner wont let us give out the butter? Even if i am willing to pay for it! the funny thing is the breadsticks you buy at Kroger for 1.39 taste 100 times better!! THE SIDE SALAD TASTED DIRTY AND OLD! Never ever again will I ever eat at this pizza king! They are nothing that is pizza king just a women running a shop with cheep ingredients calling it pizza king and OVER PAID! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED!!! trust me do NOT eat here. Worst pizza ever, the cheep off brand frozen pizzas tasted better than this place...oh and the cheese was so nasty and fake.....didn't even taste like cheese...like stale milk! Do us a favor and either start making real pizza king good or close your doors! I hope the owner sees this and sees she is running a joke of a pizza place and with all the money you save by over charging and using cheep and nasty ingredients why don't you get your employees a uniform and hair nets instead of running around it track suits...

When my pizza came out with my bread sticks the cheese sauce was brown and looked like it had been there on a heater for hours and the bottom of the pizza was literally dripping with grease when I asked for either another pizza or a check I was double charged and then when I told them about it I was told to leave and they said that it was normal price even though the sign said 7 dollars I was charged 15 even though I didn't eat the food. If negative stars were possible I'd give the maximum amount. Dont eat here I've had bad gas station good that looked and I guarantee tasted better as well as the service. I tell you if there was a temu frozen pizza then these people somehow found a way to do worse. I don't know if it was always this way but if it's new owners I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up becoming a vape shop. And the people in the kitchen all had thick hair with no hairnets I told them about hair on my plate and they said that it wasn't hair it was food. Food poisioning central there if your looking for a bad last meal on this earth look no farther you...

Absolutely the worst customer service. Brother in law ordered two pizzas on grub hub. I went to pick up as the three men and one women employee accused my of trying to steal someone’s pizza, demanding I show them on my phone where I ordered via grub hub. Had my brother in law text me the receipt, that was not acceptable to the four employees who have ZERO business working with the public. Accused him my of trying to steal someone else’s pizza even though this was ordered AND PAID FOR via grub hub. They insisted that my brother in law pick up! Eventually one of the men and the women call grub hub to verify the order? Yo you rocket scientists you made the pizzas you got the order from grub hub! Once I got the now cold pizzas home the pizza were horrible. Grub Hub and pizza making is far outside the skill set of the four employees! We will never order from here again and folks beware, pizza is marginal quality and you will likely be accused of trying to steal the...
