This place has gone DOWNHILL FAST!!!! Food is good but they always say your food is 'ready and being put in box now so please go to parking lot because OUR TIMER IS RUNNING.'. How can it be ready when I WAITED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES (once at the window with the manager actually condisending me but I insisted and waited regardless of the TIMER 🙄🙄🙄🙄) with now 8 other cars for 20 plus minutes?!!? The manager gets an attitude 3 times now when we asked to wait at the window (which we did once). I've given them chance after chance to just wait it out being assured 'it'd be right out' AFTER PAYING. Their DOOR is locked so good luck getting employees to answer as they look at you and go back to talking. I spend $$$$ there for great chicken but this time it was subpar actually. I talked to customer service and was assured that a district manager would get back to me which is yet to happen. They also gave me only a $5 credit on my app. After spending over $20 for everything that they have from biscuits two sides and a bucket of chicken $5 does not seem like enough. I did not complain, I really don't care, I'll never be back. I'd rather take my chances at Church's Chicken or KFC!!!! This location is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Avoid, AVOID AVOID!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO THEM BUT CONSIDERING EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED I CANNOT TRUST THEY'LL DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE UNFORTUNATELY!!!! THE MANAGER THERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ONLY CARES ABOUT THE TIMER NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THE DRIVE-THRU EMPLOYEES UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER ATTITUDE!!!! Read moreI placed a mobile app order for pick up through the drive through on May 23, 2021.. It took about 25 minutes to get through the drive through to the pick up window. When we got to the window, we did not get our order, and were told to pull up to the front of the store, with no explanation for why. We drove around and parked to wait for our order. We waited for 10 minutes, with no food delivered, and no one coming to check on us or ask us for our order to find our food to get it delivered. We finally had to go up to the store to find someone to talk to. We were greeted rather rudely by Lori, who, when told that we placed an order more than 40 minutes ago and haven't received our food, says to us the following: 1) You didn't place an order (while I am trying to show her the order on my mobile app and she refusing to look) 2) We ordered at a different store (without trying to help confirm the store address was correct, which it was, as we looked up the address and asked her for her store address, which she ignored) and 3) We can't help you because the order isn't in our system. Thankfully Brittney (spelling?) was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue for us. She looked at the order that I placed (and paid for) on the mobile app and gave us our food.
I understand being short staffed is frustrating. However, Lori's attitude to customers is abhorrent, as that was absolutely no way to talk to paying customers. It is awful to accuse the customer of lying and making a mistake without even trying to offer any assistance with figuring out a solution for an issue with her store. Read moreWent through the drive through and was served quickly, i could tell the young man at the window was having a rough day, when putting the drinks in the drink carrier for me my bag of food was accidentally knocked off the counter. I told him if nothing spilled I’d still take it, it was no hassle but he told me to pull around and they’d bring it out fresh in just a minute. I didn’t wait long and the manager brought it out to me in the rain with a smile still on his face and apologized again and told me to have a good night. When i looked in the bag i was missing some sauce and mashed potatoes so i pulled back through and they immediately got it going for me, getting me fresh potatoes, loaded me up with sauces, and threw in 2 free cookies for everything all still with smiles on their faces, very pleasant attitudes, and an apologetic demeanor. I ended up tipping the manager and the young man working the window because things happen, it’s life. I was in no rush to get anywhere and was just grateful that they were so on top of making sure they made things right while still staying positive and not getting any sort of bad attitude with me, even though i could tell it had been a long day. I’m never the type of person to complain, but i will always commend someone for still pushing through with a smile even when things get rough. I wasn’t upset by any means for any of the things that happened solely because of how kind the workers were to me and that they fixed everything with no issues.
