RUDE! Here is my story... Walked in, felt weird, waited in line, stated to the "polite gentlemen" behind the counter that I had no idea what I was talking about when asking questions... The reason I was there you ask? Because my fiancé is trying to quit smoking (we are having our first baby and I've already quit). We do not live in greenwood but I was in the area so I thought I'd stop by. My fiancé was having issues with the tank he purchased as it continued to leak- so he got fed up and went back to smoking cigs- I wasn't happy.. So I thought I'd surprise him today and buy him whatever he needed to make it work again... The tall man behind the counter was a... For lack of a better word. Jerk! Sorry I don't know your lingo, and sorry that I don't have a cool vape shirt on, but I'm a paying customer and was willing to pretty much pay whatever I needed to make my fiancé use this "mod tank" again. You decided to sell me a $20 tank and send me on my not so merry way... Here's my suggestion to the never so polite gentleman behind the counter- don't tick off a pregnant lady, be polite to any customers who walk into your establishment, and help them with whatever they need... Remember the saying happy wife happy life.... My fiancé will know I wasn't happy with you and we will it be returning or sending business...

I feel like this store should have an average of a solid 5 star rating. I've been to 3 other shops aside from this one in Greenwood (didn't even know this one was there since its a little tucked away off 135) and this shop had the most juice choices by far. Already had my setup but it looked like that had a good variety of setups and supplies as well. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I didn't even gander through many of the other flavors since I had been on the hunt for a chocolate flavor since I started vaping, and lo and behold they had multiple chocolate choices. I was pleasantly surprised as the last shop I had been to said they didn't have it since they couldn't find a chocolate flavor that didn't taste burnt. I didn't try the others, but the one I purchased is very smooth and tastes great (comparable to nesquik or tootsie rolls). Also, I saw a review on here saying their location is small, but I have to disagree - they found a way to have the biggest variety I've seen on this side of town and make everything appear very neat and organized. Rarely do I write reviews, unless service and product is super amazing, or terribly bad. Today, its a good review. Christian and the rest of the staff at 317Vapers were beyond helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I been a cigarette smoker on and off all my life, deciding to try and quit the habit, I decided to walk into 317 ask questions and learn if this would be the choice for me. After a short discussion, some questions he wasn't legally allowed to answer, thankfully a kind customer also in the building was able to. Thanks again stranger! I was a bit overwhelmed and nervous to walk in and appear to be a clueless buyer. I like to be informed. Obviously online there is a TON of information, but speaking to them, getting a demonstration it starts to all make sense.
