For reference let the 1 star stand for the fact that they did indeed serve some sort of "food", which is a better meal than dirt or rocks or a spider man action figure I guess. Came here for a quick dinner. I have been bombarded by their advertisements for their "SaUcEy NuGgS" so I figured I would give them a try. Ordered a meal for my girlfriend and asked for Dr pepper to which they responded "we ain't got dat". Then asked for Sprite and got the same reply (therefore let it be known that instead of requesting your favorite drink, just ask them what they have). Settled for a sweet tea, then ordered my meal, asked for my spicy nuggs to be tossed in spicy buffalo garlic and a large fry to go with it. They told me they did not have any large fry containers. How does a fast food restaurant run out of LARGE FRY CONTAINERS when that is your primary side. A reflection of inadequate management. They offered to give me a regular container and a Jr. container, I said that was fine. Pulled around to the window and paid for my meal. Received a crumpled up, shabby indisposed bag that looked like it had been kicked around in the restaurant floor. It did not include a receipt, probably because they knew the order would be wrong and wanted me to have no evidence. Of course upon checking the bag I found that our order was wrong!! NO large fry for the first combo!!!! I went inside (which was what I was trying to avoid by using the drive thru in the first place) and showed the employees they left out the large fry. They gave me the large fry that they owed me and I left. Once I got home and sat down to eat I discovered that my fries were tossed in BBQ sauce NOT spicy buffalo garlic...what a surprise. Even worse they also left out the blue cheese dipping sauce which is one of the items that comes with the spicy nuggs meal. That is a total of 3 things wrong with the order, but I guess that is to be expected when you put your trust into average paid high school dropout imbeciles. The fries were unsalted and tasted like the dust of a parking lot. The nuggets themselves tasted identical to Tyson dinosaur chicken nuggets which would've been acceptable if I was a toddler. Wendy's employees are definitely giving McDonald's a run for their money in the who can screw up the most playoffs. In conclusion if you want a below average meal but you cant make a decision on what you want come to this wendys. Your order will be completely random and...
Read moreI am just going to say that I will probably not be shopping here/eating here anymore, anytime soon or in my future.. I can say that I had good, excellent service from the employer who waited on me this time.. She was extremely polite, courteous, friendly, helpful, and informative as far as it goes for this particular visit on this day.. Actually she is the one reason why I'm giving it 3 stars 🌟 for the rating, and the Frosty's we got that she made for us, well they were pretty good 👍.. And the restaurant was clean as far as I could see and remember... I didn't like other things, or was unhappy with other things that I got this day/time... For one the food is absolutely way too expensive, like it is lined with gold or something... I don't honestly see how a family with children would really be able to afford it here, especially if they were on a budget, or any kind of spending limit.. Then our burgers were just all thrown together and pretty much falling apart, I don't mind a little bit of a messy burger at times but this one was just too messy and falling apart and stuff falling out of it.. The lettuce on it was horrible to me and the burger meat was actually burnt around part of it and I couldn't even chew or eat it.. And I mean crispy, black, charbroiled burnt.. You could actually taste the burnt and smell it as well.. Out French Fries were hard and didn't have a bit of salt/seasoning on them at all, we couldn't chew/eat them really because they were so hard and blah tasting.. Basically like they had been sitting there under the heat lamp for a while, then the chicken nuggets were also hard and couldn't eat them either.. And overall it was only 2 of us and we got like bundle meal deals I thought but when given price it was almost $20 for two ppl to eat, way too much for my opinion on just 1 layer burgers and some fries, no drinks but got frosty's to replace the drink with the meals, and a little thing of...
Read moreVisited this Wendy’s location and as much as it pains me to say this, especially when leaving a bad review that’s based off one experience. However, I was treated so rudely it qualifies as extenuating consequences.
I do not visit Wendy’s as much as some other fast food establishments. Due to this my experience lacks menu memory so I asked some questions regarding what was included. I was to understand the options but not to ask questions it seemed cause immediately I was treated with such attitude and refusal to place efforts to at least try for some understanding. This went on back and forth, my trying every which way to Sunday in explanation. I finally had to be extremely direct stating that I had “two children and I needed two of the meals” then I made the mistake of asking if the drink can be substituted with a frosty and if so what was the up charge.
I was now being glared at and I AM starting to get a little testy in the situation when the manager on duty came by to help. I told here that I was not wanting to forego the drinks and explained my situation. She completely understood and started to update the order when the girl continued to supply contradicting statements and arguing with myself and the manager. I don’t know if the manager knew or not regarding the continued difficulties but irregardless this is only a portion of what transpired and to then not bag up my items instead allowing them to cook on a tray prior to elaborately the mistake. It was not my best experience however it doesn’t make me refuse another visit to. A different Wendy’s location but I don’t know if I’ll ever visit...
