Update** Still nothing from the owner of this store and you are sadly mistaken if you think I am backing down from this! I have once again called the corporate store (4th time) and I will ride them until they make you refund my money!
I made an online order on 5/28/2025 and the website had a curbside option. I get to the store on the bypass about 5pm and the order was stating to be ready at 5:11 so I waited patiently until 5:20. By this time I am thinking it is sitting there getting cold and so I called into the store. I have knee and hip issues so I walk with a cane and in pain most days so is why I chose curbside. I called in and apparently the server was calling me at the same time because it was instant connection. Her words were, ma'am, we no longer offer curbside?! I said umm ok and hobbled my way in and there was the bag on the counter. I mentioned to her they need to take the curbside off the website if they aren't offering it any longer and she loudly states to someone in the back, "She says you need to take it off the website" and instantly, I was like what a condescending attitude!! I get to my car and put the bag in the seat and decide I might need to look to make sure everything was there and well, we were shorted 2 pieces of pie at $4.99 a slice so I called her and said we are short the pie. She again says well we haven't had pie for months so I asked about a refund and they said you will need to go to the website for a refund!! I am easy going most days but now I am more than pissed because this is a trend in many of the restaurants here in Greenwood...getting paid more and doing LESS! I get home about 15 minutes away and we get ready to eat and open the box and just look at it like WTH is this??? We ordered 2 orders of double smash burgers that came with fries and 2 chicken tenders....what we got was 2 chicken tenders on white buns (my burger was supposed to be on Texas Toast) splayed out like some fancy burger LOL and cold as ice FF on the side!! All of this WITH TIP was close to $44 so yes, instant pissed off!!! I call the store and she tries explaining all the issues and this is the worst one, OUR COOK doesn't know the online menu?????!!!!! As a cook are you NOT supposed to know what you are preparing for your guests???? I have now called the complaint line 2 times in order to receive my money back for the lack of service received by them because they are not answering their phone so I will continue going above their heads to get my money back as they didn't deserve one thin dime of it! This may be a place for people that don't care where they spend their hard earned cash but this 1st time was my last time ever...

We ordered fried picklesthat when they were brought to the table was a 1/2 order of pickles and the other half fries. They were all good and hot, but I ordered pickles. The eggs, pancakes, grits, sausage patties & toast were all good and hot. After our food was services we observed the cook sneezing without covering his mouth. Also, noticed on our way in there was a sign that stated a $0.50 surcharge for each egg ordered. :( The price was a bit expensive to be huddle house/waffle house type restaurant. Out bill was $48 before tip. Fried pickles $7.79. Drinks were $3.59 each. Ouch. Oh & coffee $3.29. For the service & atmosphere, seemed a tad high. It was something different from the Friday night waffle house or cracker barrell Friday nights. The best I can say is make sure you eat all your eggs -$2 surcharge. :)
Original Review: Food was good! Fast service, but when it came time to pay the waitress that was manning the cash register was more concerned with busing tables and such and blew us and others in line for about 5 minutes. I finally had to ask the cook if anyone was going to run the cash register and he had to shout at the waitress. She in turn made a remark to a coworker making a waffle. So even if the food was good, this was a big take away! So instead of a 4 or 5 star meal, I had to nb reduce it to a 3 and almost a 2!!! Not sure if we will...
Read moreIf I could give this establishment a score less than zero I would. i went into Huddle House to place a carryout order for a Cancer patient before she received her PT at 10:17 am today (7/28/21). The waitress at the cash registered was very rude, loud, and unprofessional. She refused to take my order for carryout stating they were not offering carryout even though their website states otherwise. I asked for their corporate phone number so I could file an official complaint. She stated she didn't know their phone number and continued to yell at me. I had to keep my composure due to other patrons in the establishment at the time. Whereas, she didn't take them into consideration due to her loud and rude behavior. I was so embarrassed that she was treating me this way! I felt like I was discriminated against due to the way I was treated. I asked to speak with the manager on site. She came and apologized for the way I was being treated giving me a sob story of their being understaff and lacking a dishwasher. She didn't address the issue of not being able to place a= carryout order. I called the corporate office in Atlanta, GA a voicemail sent me to their website to make a complaint but it isn't accepting any! I will never ever return to this Huddle...
