It's a soul caring place. Immediately your spirit is taking care of from the door. The atmosphere is uplifting, you are greeted with a warmest. Not by the smell of coffee. But, by the looks of people, with a glance up, a nod of the head, and a smile. All from strangers. Or from people you see in passing. And some you may know too. A place where people care for each other without saying a word. Their SOULS are the main things being careful for, with something warm or cool to drink. And a muffin or a danish can be added ...look around as you wait at the books and items on the shelves. It's a precious moment spent before work, out for lunch, and a stop by before home. It's all about the atmosphere. Where SOULS are being cared for kinda place to me. I know, this message is lengthy. It's more than a Coffee Shop. You had the right, idea...to name it a Village. We the people of Aromas Village are grateful for you. You have joined people together from different walks of life. We are applying our love with one another as we sit, or stand and wait on our turn to be served. Thank you, for bringing us together as a better way to live. Amazing grace how sweet it is, to stop and take a moment, to rest ourselves from all our situations. And to breath in a smell that signals the mind. That my soul is being taken care of!!! š¤©šššš I love you all! Merry Christmas to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI waited at the register to order for several minutes while one barista was making drinks and another came from the back holding several jugs of milk. She told me to wait (I had been waiting with no acknowledgment for several minutes) and she returned with several more jugs of milk. I decided to leave while she unloaded the milk into the fridge at the counter because I didnāt feel like spending $6+ on a coffee Iāve already waited several minutes to order. It was going to total a 15 minute or more visit by the time the order was made and handed off to me when there was not a single other person in line to cause a wait.
I had loaded my reward number into the kiosk because I wanted to redeem my points for a coffee and as I was leaving I received a notification that my points were redeemed and my balance was spent. So, now I have absolutely no reason to return to the shop because I have no rewards and no desire to take 20+ minutes to order a coffee when I can get better service and better prices at Starbucks down the street (not to mention a drive through, which is so much more convenient).
I was a long- time customer at aromaās and have spent hundreds of dollars on their coffees over the years. I am deeply disappointed by the bad customer service which has become a pattern to my visits, and the long wait times which make me feel like my money is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDonāt waste your money buying gift certificates to Aromas!!! I received a gift certificate in 2020. When I finally had an opportunity to go, I was excited to try their coffee! However, I was told the manager had to approve/sign off on it but unfortunately, he/she was not there. The coffee had already been prepared so I just paid for it. On my 2nd visit, I was told the gift certificate machine wasnāt working. Since the gift certificate doesnāt have a code to scan, that didnāt make much sense, so I suggested the cashier write the date, purchase amount and remaining balance on the gift certificate itself. I was told that couldnāt be done. I left with no coffee. The 3rd time I attempted to use my gift certificate, I was informed that they are no longer accepting this type of certificate because they āswitched over to a new system 4 or 5 years ago.ā I received this certificate 3 years ago so that excuse was a complete lie! Once again, I left with no coffee! This has been a very frustrating experience and Iām sure Iām not the only person this has happened to. Unless the management would care to right the wrong, I have no plans to ever shop at...
