My boyfriend and I went to Scoops 'N Cups/ Vampire Penguin for a small sweet treat after Valentine's Day dinner and was met with kindness and quick service. Little did we know, they also do karaoke about once per month (started recently) and they were setting up for some karaoke when we had gotten there! We were asked if we wanted to do it and we're very hesitant at first. Especially being the only customers in there. Not going to lie, we had honestly thought we would pass on doing it. However, one of the owners picked a song (My Valentine by Martina McBride) and sang WITH ME! ✨💌💜 Once that happened, we sang a handful of songs and had a blast. The ladies would encourage and clap through and after the songs... just made it a really fun time! Even the owner's children came and sang a couple songs before we left. All of that to say, Scoops 'N Cups/ Vampire Penguin in Greenwood is a fantastic establishment and knows how to have a wonderful time!! The tables also had cute Vday decor a long with all of the fun decor they have throughout. Thank you to the owners/ family for a phenomenal end to Valentine's Day 2025 💜🎤🍰💜🎤🍰💜🎤🍰

I was so excited to eat here because I love Filipino food. I came here and almost everything was out of stock. I caved in and decided to order their sandwiches. The sandwiches took the girl at the front 15 minutes or more to make and when we got them I was a little taken aback at the quality of the food. The roast beef melt was not at all warm or melty. The blt sandwich was small and sad. With two pieces of bacon a sprinkle of lettuce and chunks of tomato. I would like to say that their lumpia was good though! I believe they have good Filipino food, unfortunately I did not get to try it. The drinks were good. Boba is a little hard and not chewy. Overall I don’t think I will be ordering any of their sandwiches and if they happen to have Filipino food I don’t mind supporting at all. I was disappointed and felt like I wasted my money on food I could easily make at home for better quality but I hope the best for their business.

Scoops and Cups is a locally owned and opersted cafe that has the BEST ice cream and food options in town! LG is a makes a lot of her ice cream from scratch. She offers traditional flavors and flavors from the Philippines. She also makes homemade Filipino dishes like pancit and lumpia., as well as sandwiches. She also makes beautiful delicious cakes including Ube and Mango. If you do want anything sweet, she offers a full coffee menu. The cafe is clean, cozy and inviting. Great place to come and relax with family and friends. Highly recommend!

I first came in about a month or two ago and got the Crazy Milkshake with my partner. The little sweets and the brownie was very good but the milkshake was absolutely amazing. I left a review on a different website that same day right after we left exclaiming the deliciousness of the milkshake. I said that I would be coming back to this little ice cream shop in that review and since then I have come here at least 6 times; throughout all the mess I have going on in my life and working and figuring school stuff out it has been a spot to sit down and slow down and enjoy. The milkshakes are the best I've ever had and the ice cream is also perfect for how I like ice cream. The ice cream is creamy and soft and not frozen solid and it's amazing. I have also tried a slice of red velvet cake, and it was absolutely delicious. It was soft and was tasty and (in my opinion) most importantly, it wasn't dry! A lot of homemade recipes have their pastries be dry, whether it is intentional or not I don't know but I don't like dry cakes. But I digress, I have talked enough about myself in this review and if anyone has made it this far, I implore you to come give this place a shot. The atmosphere is fun and calm and this place is decorated beautifully. The people working are so nice and friendly. They even have stuff about certain days to come and have a fun day, like this Bluey day a few weeks back and now an upcoming Family Fun Day on the 29th. This place is just absolutely amazing, from top to bottom. There's also more than just ice cream here, with sandwiches, hot dogs, smoothies, coffee,...

We had been wanting to check this place out for a while because they have good reviews, are locally owned, and had a good sized online menu. So, we took our daughter to get some ice cream, while we got a veggie sandwich, a reuben and two drinks. We were the only people there when we arrived. It took forty-five minutes to get ice cream, two sandwiches and two drinks. About thirty minutes into sitting and waiting for our sandwiches, the owners arrived. There were other people in the store now, so we figured it wouldn't be much longer. We were wrong. The young lady was swamped while the gentleman at the counter chatted with a customer. We were about to ask for our money back when the gal finally came out with the sandwiches. She was so sweet and apologized for our wait. The sandwiches were really, really bad. The bread was soggy on both, like they had just been sitting on a counter for the duration of our wait. My veggie sandwich had two shades of american cheese on it, vegetables that had been cooler/freezer burnt, and white onions that had seen better days. Both were completely unedible. For $9 a piece, it was really, really sad. I guess we learned something that day; never go to an ice cream shop and get anything but the ice cream. Our daughter enjoyed hers. Would we got back? Not likely. However, I will say that the place was...
