Had a negative experience (see below). Owner said email them, so I thought I would just add my detailed email here as well. See email below the review.
11/12/2023: Food was great. Waited for 43 minutes in the drive through. People were screaming in the kitchen. Only two people apologized for the wait... And it was NOT the manager. Major systematic problems at this location. If you are in a hurry do no go here. There is a reason the dining room is not open, it is so you do not hear the yelling that goes down in the kitchen.
Hello Biscuitville, The owner of the Greer Location asked me to follow up, so I will. My wife and I visited the Greer Biscuitville and pulled in line at about 1 pm. The gentleman took our order in the drive through, was helpful, but it was obvious there were still some kinks being worked out with the knowledge of the food and menu. We paid at about 1:05. Then waited, and waited, and waited. It was over 43 minutes between when we placed our order and when we got to the window. The first young man that came to the window was very apologetic. And asked if there was anything he could do for the inconvenience. He said, he really did not have much say or pull since he was not a manager, but he did his best by offering us a complementary iced late. As the young man is making our latte, a black women manager was screaming at the white overall manager. She was screaming that ok people are pissed and asking for refunds because they waited for their drive through meal for 20 min. I asked the young man when he brought the iced latte is there was any way we could get a refund since we waited double compared to those other tickets (we were now at 46 min). He said, if we wanted to we would have to wait for a manager. I laughed and smiled and told him, looks like the managers have enough on their hands right now. He smiled and agreed, and gave us our complementary iced latte. The black manager is still yelling and screaming at the white manager didn't this interaction, she has a handful of recipes of people that she is having to issue refunds. When the white manager finally got a word in, he asked why no one was taking orders out front, and she said that the black employees out front who were taking orders left, because the white manager had yelled at them. At this point I just wanted my food. A worker inside the restaurant yelled at the white manager, who is even at the winder right now. I yelled into the window told her, "Russell" and she started shuffling around looking for our food, and she apologized for the situation. The white manger, who is obviously fluster at this point, finally came to the window, asked our name and put together our order. There was no apology, or offer to make things right. Just handed our food after 48 min... And let us drive off. We parked in the front of the store to eat, and there was no napkins or silverware, so I had to walk back up to the window, shimmy between the wall and a car in the drive through to ask for silverware and napkins since the store was locked up with the dining room open. The food was excellent. The service and atmosphere was horrendous. Something you'd see of Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey. There was OBVIOUS racial tensions in the restaurant, and I feel it was VERY unfair, and inappropriate for every employee in the place to be black, being lead by a white guy. I understand that reach should not matter. However in the south, the culture has held onto the race identity and tensions unlike anywhere else around the US I have lived. If you want all your employees to be black, have the highest boss at the restaurant be black. It was just super poor management decisions and no way go prevent tension when the boss man is white and all the workers were black. We will probably be back, because the food was great... But it will have to be when we have an hour to kill and we do not need to be anywhere. Hope things get...
Read moreI spent $53 on food for 4 people on day 2 of this location being open and I was pretty disappointed.
Two orders of hash brown casserole were left out of my order, which doesn’t make sense because one of them actually went with a platter meal that I purchased.
The eggs on both of the platters I ordered were very rubbery and hard. They very obviously use powdered or liquid eggs as the consistency is terrible.
The pancakes, while they were fluffy and smelled good, were very dry. After two containers of syrup, the top pancake was still very crumbly. They tasted fine, but my wife only ate half of one pancake before she gave up because they were just too dry.
The sausage, while a decent sized patty, was a little under seasoned.
The bacon was decent. It is real freshly cooked bacon, not the thin precooked stuff. I wish it would be a little saltier, though. It sort of tastes like low sodium bacon. Also, it would be nice if there was more than just two pieces of it per order.
The cinnamon swirls looked like they came from a can. On the website they look fluffy and soft, but in real life, they are smaller, dry and lack icing. My toddler loved it, but he has low standards, so take that however you want.
The country fries were just okay. They would have been a lot better hot, seeing as though they were cold and sort of hard when we got them. A little salt would have gone a long way with them as well.
The biscuits and gravy were just okay. The gravy needed a lot of seasoning and was sort of clumpy. I think Hardee’s has a better biscuit and gravy to be honest and that’s sad because even theirs needs some help in the flavor department.
Overall I’m not interested in going back. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were nice and they seemed to have an abundance of employees at this location, which is great for a busy new restaurant. However, if they already mess up the food like that on just the second day of being open, I can only imagine what the quality of the food would look like in a few months or even a year. My $53 was not exactly wasted, however, I could have spent it somewhere else for a much...

This was my first time ever trying a biscuitville and not sure yet if I will be going back or not. I chose to go the drive through route this morning because I was still waking up and didn’t feel like going in but that was my first mistake because I didn’t have access to the full menu as someone was standing taking orders so I couldn’t see the board and I told the person taking my order it was my first time and they gave me a paper menu or the favorite items listed but not their full menu so I said okay I’ll just see what’s on it and pick from it but also tried to look at the menu on my phone but some things on the phone menu they didn’t have at this location. As I was trying to decide I was asking questions about certain items but she wasn’t interested in answering my questions and was rushing me through the process even though there was no one behind me. At this point I was just extremely frustrated picked some random items and pulled through the line. When I got to the window I asked to speak with a manager or someone I could just voice my concerns with and they were nice about the situation and apologized and just told me to reach out to the owners or corporate. Overall I feel like my first time their could have went very differently. It’s not asking to much just to be friendly at your job. Anyways in regards to the food the biscuits were really good, definitely was not a fan of the spam I feel as if it wasn’t heated up enough and the honey buns are nothing like the pictures look like but always have to at least try a place once!
First picture honey bun you get Second picture honey bun...
