Read moreMy pregnant wife has been craving a cheeseburger but has yet to find one that is either cooked correctly or tastes the way that she wants. This was our first experience at Culver's and I'm not sure that she was impressed. To me, a burger is just a burger. However, my wife commented that the patty could have been cooked better, as in it could have had better color on it and it could have come with condiments other than mayo, but we were told that what we ordered just came with meat and cheese on it. I thought that was kind of odd. My wife said that the patty had an almost boiled appearance to it but said it tasted just okay. She ordered extra onions and pickles and got 4 pickles and about 6+ rings of onion on it in a thick slice. They didn't even bother to separate the slices, so she had to take it off. In her pregnancy, my wife has been really loving onions and pickles so I think she may have been a little let down by that. The fries were okay and hot, but some of them were undercooked and they weren't seasoned well. The only reason why I am leaving 3 stars is for the nice cashier who had just started and was still learning the menu and the register. She was pleasant and had a great attitude. I also think 3 stars is appropriate for the hot fries, whether they were good or not. As a side note: The giant custard cone is scary. He would like bob and weave around corners while delivering food, startling people. You could see the look on random faces as they walked by him or her as if they were thinking "please God just...
Read moreWe went with my parents that are senior citizens and it was not a pleasant experience. We had to wait on all of our food. When we did get the food finally the young boy that brought it out was rude when we told him we were missing one of the four orders. My mother used coupons and it was still too much for the food we received. The staff consisted mostly of young teenagers except for maybe one or two older more experienced employees. The assistant manager Skylar was young also and didn't have enough experience to have people skills. One employee Jacob and the cashier even laughed at us. They were smirking and giggling at us the entire time. It did not phase them when I informed them that I was going to call the Manager. I would like to tell the owners and Corporate how their employees are treating their customers. There are too many places in Greer to eat than go back there only to be laughed at. I hope these employees learn how to treat people. If my children treated people like that I would be ashamed. Culver's should be thankful for any customer that walks...
