Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Greer

DISAPPOINTED!!! So today my mom, son and I went for ice cream around 6:35 p.m. at the Brusters located in Greer. A girl was taking an order of a family of 4 that was in front of us then takes our order. After that she starts fixing the familys order. There were 2 other employees in the store yet NOT one of them pitch in to help the girl fix the orders. All of a sudden 4 young men and a young girl who were greeted witch such friendliness that one could assume the other two employees knew them very well place their order and get their ice cream. Then another lady and her daughter place their order and get their ice cream before we did. That is 7 people who placed their order after we did yet get their ice cream before us! We waited 30 minutes!!! For 3 small...

Ok the ice cream itself is very delicious. The treatment we just received from the young lady at the drive thru was horrible. I was paying over 11.00 for my order. It was three scoops of butter pecan and it was only two scoops and a not even a half for the third scoop. I explained to her that get ice cream from there often and that was not 3 scoops. She says yes it is. At this point I feel as though I am getting cheated so my second order was for three scoops chocolate.chocolate and butter pecan and they brought it to us in a little kids cup and tell me it was three scoops. I am upset by now and ask for the corporate number she yells back I will go to the office and see if I can find it. Not very happy withe the Bruster's in Greer sc....

After waiting in line 20 + minutes, got to drive in window took our order again came back to car and told us they were out of waffle cones. So we said sugar cones, after working on our order for several minutes, then come to window with a small amount of chocolate ice cream. She tells us they are out of chocolate. We had ordered 1 large vanilla waffle cone, 1 reg chocolate waffle cone, 1 reg strawberry waffle cone and a small kids cup. The total bill amount was 19.85. I do believe we got cheated out of the amount we got on this visit. I had several lumps of ice in my chocolate. I was very disappointed in our visit...
