We arrived around 4:30 and there were 2 other parties waiting on the hostess to be seated. No one acknowledged either of the parties and one party left. After that party left an employee approached and said it was only her and another girl all day and they hadn't had time to clean tables and that it would be about 5 minutes before we were seated and that more employees were coming in. We were finally seated and there were several tables that hadn't been cleaned and it took a bit for a server to take our drink order. Mean while the to go door was steadily dinging and to go orders were going out pretty quickly. It became obvious that the to go orders took priority over the dine in customers. Our order was taken and we had an order of wings for our 8 year old, my wife orde a sampler plate of mini burgers, South West egg rolls and wings and I ordered the bacon rancher burger. With an app of chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and instructed the waiter for the food to come out as it was ready not necessary to wait for the app to arrive first. We'll after a ridiculous amount of waiting our food arrived and the order of wings was plain and not tossed in the sauce as was in the menu, and my wife informed them it was not right and how long would it take to correct it because it was for our daughter and we had already waited a long time and she responded with I don't know. Then our actual server came over and said he would have it out immediately and wasn't sure why the wings were not sauced as that is how they are served normally. That was fixed and then the app of chkn bacon quesadillas had brown wilted lettuce on the plate and any restaurant personnel should be ashamed to even plate lettuce that looked as it did. Overall the food was mediocre and the server " Justin" was very friendly and gave us great service. Both restrooms were in dire need of attention as the women's had no paper towels and the men's was disgusting with trash overflowing and the sink hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Needless to say we will not dine at this location in the future. As we finished and headed out the door, not one person thanked us for coming, wished us a good night or even acknowledged us at all. This establishment will definitely not survive if it this is how...
Read moreI'll start by saying we love Chilis! The service is usually great and so is the food. It's our family go to. Last night was the service was poor and the food was disappointing.
We never got silverware or napkins. We had to flag down another waiter and ask them after we got apps. They disappeared and our waiter reappeared with napkins and silverware 5 minutes later- we were sitting behind a silverware/napkin stand. We were confused why the person we asked to help us didn't reach over and grab them.
Another table nearby had a difficult time flagging down the waiter, it was an elderly couple that needed a to go bag and they seemed frustrated with our waiter too.
A pile of empty app plates sat at our table for a while and we waited a long time for refills. We had to scoot our empty plates and drinks to the end of the table as a pushy hint we needed refills and busing of our table.
My burger was not juicy, it was very dry and flavorless- it tasted 'off', I didn't even finish it. I asked for yellow mustard and never got it.
My daughter never got an app plate so she could build her fajitas into tacos and the amount of steak seemed pretty measly.
My husband's quesadillas were cold/room temperature when they got delivered to our table.
Our waiter stopped by our table to not to check on how we were doing but to take a deep breath in front of us and randomly start complaining to us when a large party came in of 12. Which we found to be weird.
After that, we waited for our check- our waiter magically reappeared as we were paying on the table kisok and was quite attentive to the survey I was taking, another weird thing.
For an $85 meal, we expected a much better service and food. The section our waiter was tending to was not busy.
The one bonus was our waiter was kind enough to bring us chips and salsa and didn't charge us since I couldn't find the...
Read moreOur experience here was so bad. The floors were so greasy that my husband fell and hit his shoulder on a chair on his way to the restroom. One of the workers saw this incident and said she was going to call the manager.
Then the waitress came and got our drink and appetizer order. After that came out we kept waiting so we could put our order in. We eventually had to flag her down to put it in. My husband ordered a soup and an entree. Once the entrees came out he realized he never got his soup. He asked about it, and the waitress said they were out of it and offered cheese fries. At this time he also ordered a cookie skillet. Everyone had finished eating, and we were again waiting around for the items. It was getting late, and we just wanted to leave at this point. My husband asked to see the manager. He explained to him about missing items and about his fall. The manager said I heard about your fall, and I’m sorry about that. (I guess he wasn’t going to come out to apologize since we had to call to see him.) He ended up taking my husbands meal off and doing half price for everyone else’s meal. As we go to pay, we realize we were still charged for the cookie skillet that we never received. When we asked about it, they said the manager was working on that right then. It was almost 10 pm at this time, and we said we wanted to leave. So they brought us the cookie to go. It was still so cold, and we got maybe 2 tablespoons of ice cream.
We have been to this location several times now, and we’ve excused the bad service because we like the food. This last experience was so bad though; I don’t think that we will go back. Especially since we don’t want to fall and hurt ourselves just walking...
