Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Greer

Third World Chipotle. Visited in the summer of 2022. It was filthy from top to bottom, the service was surly, and NOT vegetarian-friendly. Plus, they do that passive-aggressive thing where they don't drain the beans before they load your burrito, and you're left to unwrap a mushy, dripping mess. Thoroughly disgusting.

I went back up to the counter to inform them that my burrito was too soggy to pick up. I TOLD the girl when she was making it to let the black beans scoop drain. I got back an annoyed "I know." It was still way too much liquid. So the guy I spoke to after I asked for a manager wanted to just wrap my entire soggy burrito in ANOTHER flour tortilla. He was almost insistent. I was STUNNED & told him that wasn't going to solve the problem. He was actually reticent to make the whole thing over. I insisted and he did. HOWEVER, he still put too much beans liquid (although not as much). At that point I just wanted to go back to my filthy table & chair on the filthy floor in the filthy restaurant, take three bites, drink some watery tea, & LEAVE. There's nothing you could say or offer me to get me to return to this horrible place. Don't even try.

And based on your reply below, you have not actually visited this place. This location MORE than "misses the mark". Visit with/really look at the staff and ask yourself if they care about providing fresh food in a friendly manner and clean environment.

REALLY PAY ATTENTION to all these other reviews here. One guy says "Worst Chipotle ever!" Where is the Regional Manager? Close this abomination before you have an outbreak of food poisoning, and stop wasting people's...

8/03/22 First time trying this restaurant. We were warmly greeted by Niah as we entered on Wednesday evening at about 6:30 pm. He was courteous, friendly and explained the various ingredients to each of our group of four friends. This location was highly recommended by my friend Debbie who lives in the vicinity. We all decided to try the dinner bowls so Niah began with a base of chopped romaine lettuce. Two of our group members got the grilled steak option while one got the grilled chicken and one the carnita (shredded roasted pork). We found all the meats to be well seasoned and tender. We all added the peppers & onions with fajita seasoning, black beans or pinto beans, tomato salsa, green tomatillo salsa, guacamole, sour cream, grated jack cheese, queso blanco, roasted corn salsa. We all loved the taste of our individual bowls. The only glitch was trying to get an account setup online to order from home. We spent about 20 minutes and the site dropped us before we could successfully login. Manager Madison apologized for the inconvenience and was adept at keeping the flow of preparation and accuracy of our orders. She assisted Niah by wrapping up each bowl to free him to handle those arriving behind us. We wanted a quesadilla which must be ordered online and Madison saw to it so we could get one to share. I’m gone have to give this place a 1 star for the simple fact I’ve been coming to this store for a year now cause I live near it, and when I first started coming it was ok it became my go to. But now for at least the past 4 months the customer service has gotten worse I see new employees a lot they have these attitudes like somebody owe them something and they looking at you like you taking all day when you trying to figure out what you want. They never speak and say welcome to chipotle how are you today, like there is no welcome when entering the building. Me and my husband just left from there tonight 8/25/24 at 8:30pm and order what we always order and on top of that the food after 7 never looks refreshing and they are now always out of at least 2 if not 3 items and when you ask if they have more they always say no we are out. Like what if I want something and you don’t have it then that doesn’t complete my bowl which I feel should be have price cause why am I paying full price for a veggie bowl with just rice lettuce and beans😡🤔.tonight was horrible and the past few have been too but tonight I’ve had it I really wanted to say something to those workers every last one of them have and attitude that needs to be corrected.
