Not sure what exactly happened tonight at this store specifically. The service was horrible, i placed an order as usual. Same store i always order from, never had a problem with my food nor delivery. Not has ever had an issue getting to the address. So tonight, i order online approximately 2052. Immediately received a call from the store, saying, that there would be a 2 hours wait. I didnt have a problem with that. I said so over the phone. No response, there was pure silence, as if i didnt say the 2 hours was okay. So, i say, Hello? The 2 hours is fine, I'll wait, she says okay. So 2249, comes around, i get a call from dominoes. I answer, yes maam, headed to the door. Shes says, Im at the church, how far are you from the church. Im puzzled because no one has ever had a problem getting to the house before. While trying to explain and answer questions. Im not sure if the lady ended the call, or actually loss service. With her not answering the call, obviously she ended the call. so i call the restaurant took, like 20-30 minutes to get through and get an anwer. Guy says yes sir, she came to the address and she didnt answer. I said she didnt come to the address, i answered the call. She said something about a church. He says yes sir, you mustve put in the wrong address. I say how, i order from this store often and no one has had a problem getting here. He just sticks to wrong address and me not answering the phone. I say what about my money, he responds, yes sir, we had to cancel your order and you will be refunded in 24hrs. So not only do i not have my food, i dont have my money, and everything is closing. Worst service whoever worked tonight on this date of November 10th of 2022. Read moreI ordered a Pan Pizza online. I had to take a topping off of the of the pizza because of a warning... i remove Feta cheese since it can be sprinkled on. When i asked for a little to put on my pizza the man who made the pizza refused because it would be RAW plus it could not be given as a side. REALLY, RAW feta cheese.... Well Two of the 3 staff were amazing and offered help. One even offeredto put fetta cheese on it and put it back in the oven. I appreciated him making an effort... WESLEY the manager, chose to go off on his staff and accuse them of making decisions over his head. The female staff attempted to calm him down and assure him they just wanted to find a solution to help the customer. He began to record me when I told him to forget about the cheese. I did not care for his level of customer service and hate how he talked to his staff. I asked for his Managers number and corporate number. He refused both. He called his Manager and began to lie about his staff and the situation. I was still being denied communication with the Manager Chris... I continued to ask for the number. Finally WESLEY said i am calling the police because you won't leave. I told him that he never asked me to leave and he still had not given me a number. I went to my car and he followed me. He took photos of me and tried to take photos of my tag.... When he could not get to the back of my car he stood in front of my car taking pictures. Instead of providing me with the info and getting back to work, he spent time in the parking lot TRYING to run around my car for my tag..... And on top of all that the pizza was not even cooked through or cut through.... Wesley is NOT ready for a supervisor...
Read moreMy spouse use to manage a Domino's and we have ordered domino's at least every other week for home and company events for years and have never had an issue. We have had orders delivered to two different new construction homes and now live in a new apartment complex. Rather than notifying us that they couldn't find the address, they just canceled the order. The card I wanted to use was a prepaid card and the funds did not refund immediately, so I couldn't use that card to reorder. We received no notification, no email, no voicemail, no text message, nothing notifying us our ordered was cancelled. I'm glad we called or we would have sat here waiting for food until everything was closed. The representative that answered when I called got an attitude as well as the manager, as if dominos is some one of a kind or hard to find type of business in the food industry. Haha this store manager and his employee is such a joke. The key to business is attracting new customers and retaining loyal ones, and trust me it's cheaper and more lucrative to retain existing customers than attracting new ones. These people clearly aren't in the right line of business. This store has absolutely no regard of people's time and money as long as they can punch in, punch out, and collect a pay check.
