I'll been coming here for years to pick up pizza for me and my buddies and so far we had no problems until today when I stopped by today around 5 to pick up dinner, I came inside and there was two people waiting for their orders so I walk to the counter where a cashier was counting money who looked at me and decided to ignore me then behind him came a lady with an orange shirt, I assume she must be a shift leader or a manager, she handed the two other customers their pizzas then two more people walked in and after waiting for so long she ignored me and decided to take care of the other people even after she saw me waiting on the counter, neither one even bother to ask how was I doing or ask if they have been taking care of, probably will not come back after how they made me wait for nothing, after all I was ignored for more than six minutes waiting for them to take my order but at the end they did nothing not even a friendly welcome...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and was told it would be a 20 minute wait to just pull around and park out front and it would be brought to me. I only agreed to pay and wait because my son was set on pizza for dinner. 45 minutes later, with my order nowhere in sight, I realized I was never given a receipt. The entire place was crawling with people and you could see the workers were completely lost and confused with the orders. Read moreI don't ordinarily do this, but--DO NOT patronize the Little Caesar's of Greer. We and a whole line of cars were left waiting in the drive thru for over twenty minutes tonight without even being acknowledged, much less ordering. I went inside and stood in line, and asked what the problem was. "It's just moving slowly." "But....none of us have even been acknowledged, or allowed to place an order." Staff member: shrug "Okay...I need this and this, and some crazy bread." "You're looking at twenty five minutes." "What about for my crazy bread?" "Shrug We don't have any." "You know what... I'm going across the street." "Shrug Okay!" This was with a CROWD of people working in the kitchen and counter area.
I understand being busy...but if you have nothing but absolute apathy and disregard for people that are paying for your product...I don't need it. I'll drive the extra ten minutes to Taylors, or go to Pizza Hut. Bye bye,...
