If I order a 3 ingredient sub that is supposed to be cold, how can you still mess that up? My cold cut combo was TOASTED after I said not toasted (drive-thru) and all of their sodas are completely flat, no carbonation. Their large size is more like a medium and costs almost $4. I paid $15-16 for this meal where I’m eating HOT bologna and mayo. Soooo yummy 🙄 I originally had a coke, asked them to swap to a Dr Pepper and all of it was completely flat.
There was a 1 customer sitting in the store while four workers were open and I was the only person in the drive-thru. Someone being distracted or busy is not an excuse. Mindlessness? Maybe.
You guys sell subs and fountain drinks. That’s it. And you somehow still get it wrong? People are overpaying for your sandwiches for the nostalgia, but it’s not worth it anymore. This is why you lose customers. Your management is not giving necessary feedback to workers that don’t have enough competence to make basic decisions in a sandwich-making store.

I got there she was finishing making sandwichs and told me it was my order. I explained it wasn't the meatball should only have meat and cheese on it. She assured me it wasn't a meatball she was making. The new sandwichs were correct. Got home and they were made incorrectly again. My son then called the store, he was told the second time they made them wrong on purpose. He then got extremely mad because they said it was on purpose and thought it was funny. That was 2 trips and still didn't have correctly made sandwiches and a hefty price of $67.21. I di think the management does need to rethink his hiring practices.
