It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Greer

This is not a hot wings restaurant this is Chilis tricking you into thinking it is a different restaurant. Why would they do that you ask? Because if you knew it was chilis you would not have completed the order. It doesn't say anywhere that this is chilis as far as I can tell until you realize it as you pull into the parking lot. The wings were very soggy and wet in a bad way, so much so that we contemplated whether to eat them or not. If you like microwaved frozen chicken wings then this is the place for you. I would also mask my true identity if my wings were this bad. The only way to get you to buy them is to trick you. What an embarrassment. No complaints on the staff, just the dogsh!t product that I had to get tricked into buying. I will never again fall for this. Ordered online pickup. The containers were wrapped in a plastic bag, which is how you would expect to carry them; however, being wrapped in plastic before I got to the restaurant essentially steamed the fries. The bag was dripping and wet inside from condensation and the fries were soggy and gross. Based on the estimated time for the food to be ready I would have expected them to not be sitting too long. I had to come back to get the ranch for the fries as none were in the bag or containers with the order. Both employees I interacted with were distracted and disinterested. One was playing on her phone and the other one had an ear bud in and was either listing to music or talking to someone. Too much money for bad service, and soggy fries...

I used to love this place, but unfortunately, it has declined greatly. They need to address or fire the bad employees or poor management. I've noticed a consistent problem with missing items in my orders, and the quality of the food has worsened. It almost feels deliberate, as if the workers want to serve fewer customers hence do less work. Additionally, they used to provide a generous portion of fries with their wings, but now it's barely any. Considering they offer small basic menu items, it's frustrating to see the constant mistakes and missing items.
