We had gone there for a meal for our dinner and guests. We ordered and had a good experience with the cashier. We waited on our order and it was finally brought and places on the counter . Without further interaction with any employe. We got home, not nearby and unpacked the food. The 12 piece bucket only contained 11 pieces and there was no coleslaw. I called KFC and was told to come and bring my receipt and they would rectify the problem. I drove all the way back to KFC. And spoke with two different people out lining the issue and ask what piece of chicken I would like, I said a leg as that’s what the kids love so much. There was some discussion between the counter and the crew on the back line and after a brief time an employee dropped a bag on the counter said there and walked away. At that point I should have checked the order but after all the discussion felt were right. When I got back home, a considerable drive, found coleslaw and four busicuts in the box. I again called KFC. And was handed off to three different people and finally just ask for the manager. The lady said she was the manager , I detailed the problem from the start . She said they would give me three legs . I told her I wasn’t driving all the way back there again. She said just give them my name and the next time I was close , just stop in and get my three legs. Then handed the phone off to another girl who was less than enthusiastic to help. . We had frequented this restaurant because we always enjoyed the food. But this experience has soured us to the entire Chain. The crew doesn’t care for the customers , the management was no better, to put it blunt customer service here sucks. After a discussion over dinner I can safely say the KFC chain has lost several customers over this incident. I am so disgruntled about this. Not only the order issues but the cavalier attitudes of the...
Read moreThey will SUBSTITUTE what you ordered without telling you if they run out. I ordered their Golden BBQ chicken sandwich, and was handed a bun with 2 chicken strips inside and barely any sauce. It was my first time getting it so I thought it was typical deceptive marketing with how the menu picture looked and just decided not to order that item again. In that trip an hour before they closed, I also had to holler to ask if anyone worked the counter there. I stood for 4 minutes while the "counter worker" saw us but was was instead doing closing duties and cleaning the restrooms early so she could go home the second they closed. Then she had this snarky attitude when she finally came to do her job. None of the workers care to be there (multiple dine ins there). On my last and final trip there I asked a different worker about the sandwich and if it was supposed to be chicken strips or a filet as the picture appeared. HE ADMITTED THAT THEY SUBSTITUTE WHAT YOU ORDERED WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHEN THEY RUN OUT!!! And he offered no reconciliation or apology, that's just the way it is. The management here needs replaced, the problems are widespread enough to see that this is a result of poor oversight on the employees and unethical directions handed down to them. The poor service and unethical practices are taking the brand to a new low at this location.
UPDATE: I contacted KFC customer service a few weeks ago. The lady I spoke with said she would file the complaint and I would be contacted by the manager within 48 hours with a resolution. Apparently corporate will do nothing to reimburse you or make amends. I knew she was telling a lie from the start but guess what, weeks later and no contact. Do yourself a favor and blacklist...
Read moreI sit in the drive thru for over 20 mins to get a small order. When I finally got tired and went in for a refund no one single person even had the decency to apologize. The manager took my receipt, brought me my refund and never spoke to me. I asked a young boy for the store manager name and apparently he was training the managers daughter because even though I said I didn’t want that manager she was still called over. I told her an apology goes a long way and she attempted to bully a worker into saying he apologized to me. The boy never spoke to me and I’m sure you can watch the camera to see that she is not being honest. I told her I feel sorry that she is teaching these kids about customer service. She then told me she feels sorry for my child since I cussed at her. If you watch the video you can hear I never cursed at her. I don’t use that in my daily language. I decided there was no point in trying to have a conversation with her so I walked out. She then proceeds to yell that she is going to write an email. (Probably because I told her I would be contacting corporate). I continue to walk to my car with my four year old son and she continues to follow me outside while screaming at me. I cannot believe a manager would act so childish and disrespectful. She is representing a company and she did a...
