Normally since it is McDonald's, I'm usually expecting at least 3 stars. I've been to other McDonald's several times.
I ordered through the drive thru and the line was backed up. Which is completely fine, it's McDonald's at noon (prime lunch time). What I didn't expect was the order taker being rude for no reason. I get that you may not like your job, but your in charge of making other people feel human (in and out of work) and in charge of at least making sure the orders right. You shouldn't come over the intercom immediately saying "give me a moment". And then when we finally order they suddenly pull up all these random orders that isn't my order.
We eventually get to the first window to pay. This lady is on her phone, with both earpuds in, picking her nose. When she finally realizes that we're there she tells us our total and we pay, no big deal. Decide not to make a big deal about it, just wanna get my food.
When we finally pull up and get our food there's lots of things wrong. I ordered a total of 4 dr peppers, all without ice. They all came with ice when they gave them to us. Again, understanding it is a McDonald's so maybe they just can't read I move forward. I was waiting in line for 25 minutes and everything was cold. I had 5 orders of medium fries, all were cold. On the 2 regular cheese burgers, the burger patty was old and the bun was hard. Both orders of my nuggets were cold.
I literally waited in line for 25 minutes, and all of the food was cold - not even fresh. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Sticking to my original McDonald's because at least that one can...

I watched as Larry served customer after customer, but could seem to care less about me. I was heart broken, mentally devastated, and horrified at the poor workmanship Larry had. Maybe it’s because I identify as a Fortnite character that he could care less about serving me 😢 but in my eyes I’m perfect and regardless of what I am, he should’ve took the time to give me the Big Mac I never received. It’s all because of this one act, that I starved and died. (My dog is writing this review.) Larry if you’re reading this I hope you haven’t left every customers to feel the detrimental pain I have felt tonight. Wars are arising because of this, children are starving, Fortnite is dying, and worst of all… my Big Mac is probably sitting there cold still 😭 who knows, knowing Larry I bet he ate it for himself. So I’m here tonight to testify about how McDonalds has the worst service ever. But not only this, their food sucks. Even though I never got my Big Mac, I watched as the lonely, sorrowful man in front of me received his Big Mac and ate it right in front of my eyes. At that moment he spit it out in disgust and started screaming at Larry for serving him fake food. After the complaining ended, Larry looked at the man and said “I need to get back to mewing” I watched horrified at Larry walked off looks maxing and could care less about a hopeless, hungry customer. Read moreI have been to this McDonald’s for the last ten years. I love their Unsweetened tea. However!!! The last couple weeks I’ve stopped to get tea, I’ve been treated with utter Rudeness by not only the first cashier, but the ones who give you your order! There is not a familiar face there now, and the individuals who work there now have nothing but attitude!! Not to mention , today I ordered Unsweetened tea and repeated it three times and even asked the woman who handed it to me if it was unsweetened. She rudely assured me it was. As I drove away I sipped my tea to only fine that it was sweet! I backed up and told them and asked for unsweetened. After a few rude comments I was again very rudely handed a new tea. She said it was unsweetened. Nope, wrong answer!!! So now I have four cups full of sweet tea in my car!!! Because of COVID THEY CANT BRING THE CUPS BACK INSIDE!! To which I was screamed at that information. After speaking to the manager via phone to inform her of the situation, she apologized and said she would talk with them. Whatever! This is going on every social media I’m aware of. They used to have human beings working there. Now ....I’m not sure. PS....I bought my own pitcher and tea bags and will never go to that...
