Well, have went to order from there and never had the. Finally i ordered, my expectations high, my thoughts of mall hibachi having my anticipation full blown!! Opened the box of the hibachi Shrimp chicken and mushrooms with extra ginger sauce on the side and it looked amazing!!!! Opened my dumplings, dried out wontons that were trying to be crispy but didn't make it, or steamed ones that were old and or cooked too long. The hibachi although in appearance looked good was actually the blandest thing I've ever eaten, I'm a food service director and been cooking for 40 years and this is the blandest thing I've ever eaten, i currently work in senior care and my food for them has more flavor. And the “fried rice” well, its as iff all this was sitting on a steam table drying out, the chicken was almost saw dust and i dont know what that ginger sauce was but the only hint of ginger is in the name, just a brown congealed tasteless something. Waited all this time for a colossal disappointment. The only thing and i mean only thing remotely good was the shrimp, firm, good tasting shrimp. Food that looked and sounded good was actually bland tasteless fake hibachi. $40 for an entree and appetizer should get one a pretty good meal. Im extremely disappointed. Tasteless things pretending to be hibachi. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

They want a tip to do nothing. They won't even bring food out to the table, but you know, I understand- times are hard-so I left a decent tip anyway, and then when I asked for a "white sauce" to go with a chicken bowl, the girls (both- while one was sitting on the others lap) said "that'll be 50 cent. No thanks, that 50 cent cost you a customer.

Placed an order with Uber Eats. Order consisted of spring rolls, fried calamari, chicken dumplings and a hibachi entree. What I got was spring rolls, hibachi and what I can best describe as chicken nuggets. This seems to be common with restaurants filling UE orders. It's fraud! Never again Joy of Tokyo!

I’d typically give a 5 star but after today, I’m a bit upset. I placed a bite squad order @12:15.. order said would be expected @12:55. Joy of Tokyo had my order ready when the order came through. This point, it wasn’t an issue. It became an issue for me when I realized bite squad was taking over an hour to pick up my food. I canceled my bite squad order because I was coming to pick up. When I went to the restaurant, they served me the same food that had been sitting there for over an hour & once gotten to me, it’s cold & nasty. I’m very displeased with both services. I truly believe if I was spending over $25, they would have remade my order to fresh. Never going to this location again & that says a lot because i am a constant...

Great, FRESHLY cooked Asian food. Now, this is the "Americanized" version of Asian. Most of these type restaurants cook a bulk amount in advance and it sits on the grill drying out until served. Not this place. It was all cooked fresh and was worth the wait. The chicken was very tender and flavorful. (Hibachi Chicken) Our plate was overflowing and all for under $9/plate. The restaurant was perfectly clean. The staff was friendly. There was a 10 min wait on our food because it was cooked up fresh. The other clientele we're all college age and apparently know this is a delicious bargain. Sorry, forgot to take pics. ...
