Starbucks — Restaurant in Gresham

This store is always clean. They certainly do NOT rival Dutch Bros customer service, but they are professional enough...

I love being a gold member and being able to sit and get refills. Im impressed with this new blueberry black tea... it's tart and sweet.

Im a huge fan of their iced tea, but I get it without water (ie strong because they dilute most teas) and not shaken (because I don't like foam on my tea... well anything actually)...

I was a bit disappointed to get a refresher and tried to sub berries for the dragon fruit and they were hoping to charge me $.50. It's so stupid when companies do that!!! Who cares? Its a net same for them.... whatever though I mixed the strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit... no water not shaken. Yummy... course I get home and spruce it up.

Anyway this location has pretty good parking... quick and attentive...

Normally pretty good however on this snowy day I got in drive-through line of approximately six cars. Got to the ordering screen and I repeatedly asked if anybody was there or if they were open. After about a minute I drove to the window and saw a paper sign where you pick up your drinks stating they are temporarily closed. I finally got the attention of a worker inside and when I told him they don’t have signs on the drive-through stating they are closed he replied, “exciting,” in a super sarcastic tone.

I would love to get in touch with his manager but I can’t find how to do so. I don’t think his manager would be too pleased with his response. I wasn’t angry at the kid but trying to give them a suggestion so he doesn’t have a continuous line of 5 to 8 cars that have no hope of...

Two days in a row I’ve been charged two different prices for this same drink (8shots espresso in a venta cup topped with drip coffee) then I get a stare down from the barista after 15 minutes of standing there and everybody else being served that showed up after me, was frustrating me. Then they ask “are you waiting on something?” Today I had to lean over the coffee bar and ask her is there an 8 shot espresso with drip coffee in your orders she says “no” I replied I ordered it and then she went and talked to the girl I ordered from liked I didn’t order it......!please! I just can’t take it when respect goes out the drive thru and no longer the decency of communicating with the customers in the room that are obviously still waiting on...
