Never been and after yesterday never will be a customer
I drive for Uber from time to time and I've never met a more hostile and unwelcoming employee. The girl behind the counter worn glasses made what should have been a 5 second interaction turned a horrible experience.
I came In for an Uber order, I told her who I was who I was picking up for and even showed her my phone as confirmation.. she kept demanding I verify the order before even showing she had the order (I can't verify unless I can see the order) after a minute of her hostility and me being confused on what she wanted from me again just I ask for the order and she refused "you need to verify first"... umm no, I need to see the order to be able to "verify" it.
I finally understood and blindly verified but then she refused to hand it over claiming I had to "complete pick up" before she would hand it over
This should have taken 5 seconds. I'm here for this, here's the proof, ok here's the food. Have a good day
But this little high-school-er completely went out of her way and probably out of store directives to make my job harder for no reason thus resulting in my order being late and my tip being revoked. I LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS!!!
I've driven for Uber long enough to know that was other worldly unprofessional and just completely unnecessary. And to top if off nearly all the female staff inside eyed me down as I walked out the door
I've never eaten from here and now I never will. I'll even go as far to never accept an order from any firehouse...
Read moreMy kids like the flavor of the sub, but it’s a franchise that lacks originality. They didn’t do anything wrong they just aren’t going out of their way to really do anything right.
When visiting the restaurant their high tech soda dispenser wasn’t mixing the coke right, it just tasted off, nobody really knew how to run the machine so it was just kind of awkward waiting there with an empty cup. Their prices are presumptuous at best. They are all about first responders but offer veterans a free medium drink. When other company’s do not care to think of men and women that serve it’s nice to see some respect but soda is just sugar water and let’s be honest, that medium glass of soda cost them 10 cents.
The bathrooms and restaurant were clean, and I felt like the employees felt valued, it did feel like they were invested in their product. The manager was kind and talkative but I get the feeling he couldn’t make one of their subs on his own, but if he’s a good leader he may not ever need to. Lead from the front..
Interesting decor lots to talk about, we’ll definitely be back, not often ($$$) but we’ll be back. Parking was ample and my youngest got a fire hat that tbh made his night and was great when we were lighting off fireworks and he was on hose duty. The entire restaurant is handicap accessible with little...
Read moreI've never eaten here, just pick up orders for work, and everybody has always been wonderful, until today. The old lady that looks like an angry bullfrog was awful and nasty for no reason. I always do my best to be patient and courteous and not walk in demanding to know if my order I'd ready the second i get there. Which I was doing again just now. I was waiting until it looked like they had a second or were already going towards the pick up counter to ask if my order was ready and this unruly bullfrog of a woman snaps at me for not immediately informing her I was a driver. How dare I try to be patient. I really hope she doesn't last long here because everyone else had always been super chill. I was gonna come try the food tonight coincidentally, but not now. She's way too nasty. She doesn't want her job, so I don't think she...
