Half the time, my order is wrong, and I have to correct them at the window. If I say "two double crossanwiches," I expect TWO DOUBLES! Today, the open sign was on, so I drove into the broken and bumpy drive through expecting someone to take my order. After waiting for 3 minutes with no one coming through, I decided to look at my phone to call and see what the issue was. Come to find they won't be open till 11! Wtf!? Why is the open sign on!? Use your brains! Lastly, the food at this location, which I only go to because of its proximity to my route to work. The food is usually greasy and over salted. Half of the time, my fries are "double-dipped" if I order them without salt. What I mean by this is the fries get put back into the fryer for a minute to make them appear to be fresh and unsalted; it just makes them greasy! I won't be eating here anymore, I'll go out of my way to get food from the division location. At least they treat customers...
Read moreI was just in the drive thru tonight getting my son some chicken nuggets before we went home, and my car died in the drive-through. I was obviously very stressed and embarrassed. The nice lady at the drive through was so kind to me and my son. There were some rude customers behind yelling as I couldn't move my car and they said they were in a hurry. The lady at the drive though asked her coworker to give me a jump as my car wouldn't move out of the drive through and he got his car and jumper cables and helped me get my car started. I am so appreciative of the employees there who not only helped me but made my son and I feel ok and calm as rude people were yelling in the drive thru. I just want to acknowledge them, tell them thank you, and let Burger King know they have a couple of really, really great employees...
Read moreRestrooms are locked which is inconvenient. My biggest issue is that once I got into the single toilet ladies restroom that had plenty of space, there was no changing table. I had to put paper towels on the floor and change my baby on the floor! Unacceptable! Next time this happens I'm changing my kid on a table! I mentioned how disgusting it was to an employee and they gave me some excuse about how they don't decide those things. I told them to tell their GM next time they're in, or I can just call customer service and complain... And while you're at it put one in the men's room too.
