4/22/25 I did not know this place was there, it used to be a pizza place. I've been to Sushi Train restaurants before. Normally, these are nothing extraordinary, just run of the mill, grab a quick bite of mediocre sushi and leave. The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean, even the floor. There was a huge selection of sushi on the conveyor belt, even though it was between lunch and dinner. All of the sushi that I chose was very fresh. The rolls were not big and they had the usual three pieces to a plate, but there was quite a bit of filling. They also had a fresh strawberries and oranges... mini whipped cream eclairs...endeme... and fresh seaweed that did not taste fishy. I also ordered Maguro. I could not believe how big and fresh both slices of tuna were! I was there during happy hour so even though I had seven or eight plates ( I took several plates of strawberries mini eclairs to go) my final bill was incredibly reasonable.
I never believe it when I read five star reviews, I think 50% of them are Bots. So I am leaving a 4-star review with the comment that this is a five star conveyor belt sushi pit stop. The service was good. The lady brought me water as soon as I sat down. I have a hard time walking, and a gentleman was kind enough bring my check and pay my bill where I sat.
I actually called my daughter as soon as I left and told her I had found a new restaurant for us to go to. I can't wait to go back it was...
Read moreUPDATING! VISIT THIS EVENING AT AROUND 2/26/24 Sad to report this is no longer our favorite spot.. things have noticeably changed with the quality and staff. I will say still very attentive to asking if anything is needed but the quality of food, you can tell they are cutting costs. The ginger was dry on top and only half an inch of ginger juice in the container which I found very odd. More rice in the rolls and less fillings. Some rolls that have toppings were sliced so thin you could hardly tell what it was and the crab was small amount as well. We will have to find a new favorite spot.. sad to see
I’m confused, do they not offer happy hour anymore or do they not do it on Sundays? Because we came in before 4pm and they still charged us by color plates not total plates.
6PM 3/7/22 Phenomenal sushi and they have their belt going now for dine in! We didn't even know and were super excited. Staff was so nice and attentive asking multiple times if we needed anything which was super nice. The salmon is cut to perfection and melts...

Enjoyed the salmon nigiri, saba was okay, a little dry, creamy scallop wasn't very good at all, way too much cream, made it too overwhelming to eat. Spicy tuna was decent but not spicy at all. Escolar was okay...tasted a bit fishy. The miso was good. A little salty but warming. Ikura was poorly made. I understand the cost of ikura is high, instead of putting a thin layer of ikura eggs on a thick clump of rice, just serve it as one piece instead. See my photos and videos.
Also the rice portioning for the nigiri was way too much vs the fish ratio. It should be half the amount of rice that they had put on.
It's a decent affordable sushi spot for basic specialty rolls, but for other traditional nigiri and cuts, I don't recommend them besides the salmon.
The hot tea was good, hojicha. Also they don't greet or say goodbye like I typically see in other sushi restaurants, which is...
