On 5/3/2021 I went through the drive thru in gresham and ordered 20 tacos with no sauce. The person who took my payment repeated my order to me of 20 tacos, no sauce. I said yes, he then preceded to tell me that 10 of the tacos they where going to give me had sauce. I told him I want no sauce on all 20 tacos. He gave me back my credit card with no receipt and closed his window. Another person came to the window and repeated my order of 20 tacos no sauce. I said yes that is what I ordered. He then says that they have 10 tacos that they had previously made with sauce and they would give me those and that would be faster for me so I would not have to wait.
I told him no and I wanted 20 tacos no sauce, he then says that it will be about 7 mins, would I pull forward and they would bring them out when they are done.
They brought out my order a little later and I drove home. When I got home, the tacos had no sauce which was great, but the tacos had no lettuce either. Tried to call the store back, no answer. I called again on 05/04/2021 @2 pm no answer and again at 7:03pm. A person answered the phone, I explained what happen, who I was and what I had ordered.
He Asked me if I had my receipt, I said that I never received one. He then said that there was nothing he could do, but I can try to call back on 05/05/21 in the morning to talk to the manager Bret.

Read moreThe gentleman at the drive-thru was nice enough to us, I feel that somehow there should have been some kind of warning that anything deep fried, chicken, fries, onion rings, etc. were not available. We could get burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches but no fries or any other type of deep-fried item. OK, so we decided on a cheeseburger meal with something substituted for the fries. Oh, BUT... The only drink they had available was Lemonade and water. So we ended up with a cheeseburger and lemonade, (forgot, NO ICE, either). When we got to the pay window he laughed and said that if we were going to still be hungry there was a Burger King up the street. I asked him why they were still open and he replied, " I called my supervisor and asked him if we could close and was told I was to stay open until they received a call from his supervisor telling us to close. I am guessing that since he has not called, we stay open. There is only about an hour and a half until we close anyway so we will just catch up on all the things that need to be filled and the cleaning that gets missed on a fast clean up"

We then sat for over 10 minutes watching them make togo order after Togo order for doordash or whatever service. Then we were given our bag finally and after pulling away we realized half the food wasn't ours and half our food was missing. We went in to the store to return the wrong food and get the right food. The drive thru had filled up 10 minutes prior when we were waiting. 5+ cars were stuck behind us waiting that entire original time. Now inside I'm finally given a bag and it contains the new food that I was supposed to get along with the old food I had returned that wasn't mine. I told them I don't want it I just wanted the food I ordered and paid for and they argued with me about it. They asked where the rest of my original order was and I repeated agian that half our order was correct. Now I'm driving to work with my food i had to go back for and it's WRONG! There's no egg on my $5 breakfast sandwich. So I look at the receipt and guesswhat. They had original never even wrang up my food to begin with.
