Yes, the food is really good and liked the peanuts served before the meal.Service is good and the steaks and baked potato are delicious. Only thing is the loud trashy music they play while you are trying to eat. I have begged them to at least turn it down so I can try to enjoy my meal but they won't do it. Sue and the manager told me that no one else complains but that is not true. I read in the comment section where someone said the music was so loud and blasting that they just walked out instead of trying to eat there. They could at least pick out some low classical music in if they wanted to include music. The music they pick is extremely loud, trashy and in poor taste. It lowers the amosphere of the restaurant. and you cannot even talk to the people you are with because it is so loud. Sorry guys, but I always end up with a bad headache and nerves when I try to eat there. Sure wish they valued their good customers over playing that horrible loud music. Will try to find somewhere else where a good customer who always tips well can have some peace and enjoy their...

I work in restaurants. I know that the management builds the Uber eats options. The hamburger steak has a no price option to add mushrooms gravy and onions it’s simply and add on. And a priced option for cheese and other additional toppings.

The order comes to us and neither have the cheese we paid for and missing toppings. Also, both have gravy when only one one of us has ordered it.

I call and rudely am told that we didn’t receive what we ordered because we didn’t pay for it. No apologies. Just very short. I call back because I check my order and see I did pay for the cheese I didn’t receive. I’m put on hold for 10 minutes. I call back again and finally speak to the manager with no resolution but at least an apology.

I haven’t dined in there, but having got delivery from there and this experience leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Also, there was no resolution at the end. Just call the general manager in the morning. Which I will gladly do.

Good taste alright but...

I am in Gretna working for a few months and this is the 3rd time going here. I usually don't leave bad reviews but for some reason tonight I didn't get served. I walked in and another gentleman walked in behind me, both for dine in. I was seated first and was asked what I wanted to drink and I ordered. I sat there waiting for 15 minutes waiting for my drink which never did come. At the same time I watched the gentleman seated after me get his drink and appetizer. I waited a little bit longer and saw the other gentleman get the rest of his food and saw several to go orders leave but still didn't get my drink. I finally got up and left and nobody seemed to notice or care that I didn't get served. In total I was sitting at my table for 30 minutes before I left. Very disappointed as this was going to be a regular for me as it is only a block or so...
