Every time we go to the west Bank we attempt to try new places to eat each time. This place's main thing is, quantity. They don't use a chopped steak, opting instead for ground beef... but they give you a lot of it. The bread is good, the fixings on it were fresh and tasty, they use a mayo that flows nicely into the hot beef. It made for an overall fairly good Philly. There are better ones out there technically yes, but for this price point and the quantity you get, its a very solid lunch option. The highlight for us was the house sauce. I'm a huge sauce nut and wow was I impressed. Fries were cooked to order and melodies perfect with the house sauce. The service is standard counter service and the actual restaurant sitting space is cheap and not much effort put in. But that's not the point of this place at all is it? Its a quick, affordable and overall pretty decent Philly spot. Give it a try.
