Subway — Restaurant in Gretna

I ordered online. When husband arrived to pick up the order he was told there was no order. After checking my credit card I found that $20.23 had been charged to my card by Subway. I was then told I had to take that up with my credit card company. There is a process and paperwork I now have to go through in order to hopefully get my money back. This is unacceptable and I will let everyone I know about the poor service and the loss of money. Years ago I got sick on one of their seafood sandwiches.
