Ordered online. Got here at 8:03pm. We were 3rd in line until the person in front of us decided to leave. At 8:09 we pulled up to the box. I was addressed by hold on a moment. I replied I'm have a pick up from an on line order. 4 customers have left the drive thru since I've been sitting here at the box. I don't understand how this place keeps customers. The wait time is ridiculous. We won't be returning to this location again. Now it's 8:23 & 2 more customers have left. I said, "Excuse me, n lady replied," Hold on a moment. We have a big order. I repeated that i have a pickup online order. Then with attitude she replied what's the name. I told her, n again with attitude she says pull around. It was 8:25 when I finally got my order. Even when she came out with our order she had attitude. How is one order more important than every other order n customers sitting in the drive thru? Pitiful. We get home and the food was barely warm. No ketchup for my fries, no cheese that was ordered on my lemon pepper sandwich. Then, when I bit into it all I could taste was an over barring taste of lemon. I couldn't taste anything else. Makes me not want to eat lemon pepper chicken ever again. My wife ordered a Cobb salad and there were no eggs in it. So the employees know the menu like they should, or can they not read? I can only imagine how bad their big order...
Read moreI stopped going to Zaxby's a while back due to the horrible service I always receive at the McIntosh location (Walmart) and the fact that they never get my order right but after going to the Taylor St location today, I will definitely be eating Zaxby's again and more often. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bre and Kristin (forgive me if I misspelled your name) in the drive thru and called in to the store and spoke with Andre. After the wonderful service I received, I wanted to post immediately. They were all very polite, helpful and friendly. My order was correct and delicious too. Even when I went back to the window feeling like I was being a bother, I was greeted with politeness and made to feel like I was getting 5 star service with a smile. I just want to say thank you to these 3 for the amazing service and great attitudes. Hopefully, I will get to see them again in future visits. They brightened my mood and really made my day with their courteous assistance and speedy handoff of my order. Thank you guys and please continue to make others feel as appreciated as you made me feel as a customer. You were all awesome and an asset to the location. I hope that you are treated as such by not only other customers but the management staff and owners as well. Thank you again and have a wonderful holiday and New Year. You've gained customers between myself...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service at this Zaxby’s location. Despite having two lanes, only one is utilized, leading to unbearably slow service. Even the other location with a single lane and a dining area operates more efficiently.
Mistakes with orders are common here, which is puzzling given that they handle one order at a time. Additionally, obtaining sauces is a hassle—even when paid for, it feels like they’re treating them as a scarce resource.
Attempting to correct any errors is an unpleasant experience. The staff responds with a condescending attitude and an unwillingness to acknowledge mistakes, which I found laughable but also frustrating.
The final straw for me was when I spilled my drink in my car because the lid was not properly secured. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable.
For faster, more accurate service, I recommend visiting the Zaxby’s near Walmart, which is significantly better.
Furthermore, the traffic cones in the drive-thru by the windows are ineffective. This location should strive to improve its professionalism and efficiency to better serve its customers. Comparing yourselves to Chick-fil-A is a stretch; currently, you resemble Chick-fil-A from...
