So I go in and donate $1000 for tax write off for business and to be helpful which I have a receipt for. In exchange they gave me coupons for free tacos. I go back a few days later. I started by asking a simple question. Can I use more than 1. After that it was terrible. They had 3 managers in the matter of 4 minutes. One of them told me we did not donate S*. One of them told me there was no way I had a thousand dollars to donate. This ignorance and attitude towards the whiteys is probably why they are stuck there wishing they had something. DONATIONS to TACO BELL is A RIP OFF.
So I guess the owner of this location seen my review or the one I left with corporate. He calls me today. Not to really find out what happened, not to ask employee names but to ask me for a receipt from my donation. I asked what would happen then, if I could use coupons freely at this point. Answer was still no. I feel as if it was not good enough for his employees to call me a thief, etc but now the owner felt the need to as well. Never will return to this location and I am trying to find out if he owns more so I can make sure not go there as well. We run our own business and would fire anyone who talked to my customers this way not call the customer looking for a receipt.

Read moreThe manager that is working on 6/23/24 black female was very disrespectful I ordered my food and accidentally paid with my company credit card. I immediately realized that I made a mistake and if they could please refund the money back to my card and pay with my personal debit card that I would get in trouble at work for this . She came to the window and said I don’t have time . As I had waited to get my food and was a paying customer. She then said I can give you a refund but it will be tomorrow that she had customers that she had to take care of . So my wife ask for her name she started screaming I don’t have to give you my name and she then picked the phone and called the local police. In the time she spent arguing and calling the police she could have took a minute at the most to refund the money and me pay with my debit card . This is very poor management I understand they are under staffed but I was a customer just like the rest of the customers waiting and it only taking a minute of her time . Read moreI am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at the Taco Bell located on Taylor Street in Griffin, GA. On March 16, 2025, at approximately 1:15 PM, I visited this location and placed an order. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and I politely asked for it to be corrected.
While the mistake was fixed, I was shocked and embarrassed by the response I received from the manager. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager told me that next time I “need to pay attention” and then walked away. This response was not only unprofessional but also degrading. When I asked why I was being treated so rudely, the cashier dismissively asked, “Why are you mad at me?”, which only made the situation worse.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when addressing an issue that was not my fault. The lack of professionalism and rude demeanor of the staff made me feel humiliated and unwelcome. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I would like to know how Taco Bell plans to address such behavior at this location to ensure it does not happen to others.
