Bojangles — Restaurant in Griffin

It was good. It was my first time trying the chicken supremes and they were very good. Just enough spice. I had to take two of our biscuits back up there because they were rock hard but besides that everything was great.

Update 9/11/22 Today we got the regular chicken fingers and chicken supremes combos. The chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, rice, mac and cheese and biscuits were very good. The fries weren't very good. They were out of chicken sandwiches which was what my husband wanted. They didn't have any pies or desserts and they said they don't do Bo Sauce anymore. Also, there wasn't any ice in the lobby machine so I had to ask for ice and the Dr Pepper was flat like it needed more carbonation or something. The kid taking orders was nice.

Update 9/15/23 The last time we went here they told us they didn't have regular chicken anymore, only supremes so we haven't been back for several months because my husband and daughter don't eat supremes. Today they had the regular chicken fingers back. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Update 3/25/24 Today we got a 3 piece supremes combo with Bo rounds and a 4 piece home style combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and dirty rice. It was very good. We had to wait on the chicken tenders to cook but that was fine, it wasn't too long. The biscuits were a little dried out and not as good today. IDK if they were over cooked or they'd been sitting too long but they weren't soft and fluffy like normal. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. The drink station was clean and well stocked. I did ask for a side of white gravy before I left because I thought it would help the biscuits go down easier but they said they didn't have any and they only serve it until 11am.

Update 07/05/24 Went here for lunch today and they didn't have anyone working at the front register when we got there. They had to go back to the office or somewhere and get someone. The lady was very nice and apologized. My daughter wanted the chicken finger combo but they apparently stopped doing regular chicken fingers again and they only have supremes now. We had 5 combos and all of our orders were correct and everything was hot and fresh. Only disappointing thing was they didn't have regular chicken. Not everyone eats spicy food,...

The managers Andrew or one of the managers is one of the managers of real rude she walked away me when I was talking to her explaining a problem she just walked away and didn't knowledge me I'm a very happy man respect I fought for this country and I got high blood pressure I don't need that kind of treatment from no one I could die I'm getting upset because I got high blood pressure right there in the on the floor at Bojangles because the lady so rude and you miss too much cutting up and carrying on you see what you laugh restaurant supposed to be peaceful they serving foods ain't got a holler things out then more people doing it the same manager ignores me when I walk in because I called the office about them they are real rude to me when I go and I still go every day because I like the biscuits in the sausage they should know they got hot sauces hotter than normal I hope you'll go back to the regular ones soon and they took in that sausage little bit too long I bet Bojangles new send me a chat they asked me did I want some coupons I said no I want to check for $5,000 for the embarrassment and high blood pressure I got I could have died but don't trouble them for and so I called the corporate office and they never got back with me that's how much respect they show their customers number ever they're not doing the best they could do if they treated people with courtesy and respect and got rid of some of the black says too many blacks in there there's no white speak up you might be a little bit more but you go get better treatment of...

Let me start with Bojangles is my favorite fast food place to stop and get breakfast. The chicken biscuits are the best out there. I stopped in with high expectations and left a little bit disappointed but overall not a terrible experience. The restaurant was relatively clean but the restrooms did have an awful smell to them. The employees smiled and were friendly and kind. They rang my order up fast and quickly but it did take about 15 minutes to get my food. The wait time was the biggest issue because there was no other customer inside the restaurant besides me and I had only seen two cars in the drive through when I parked to go inside. I only order two chicken biscuits with two hash browns and two drinks. So not a very big order. Still it took a long time to get my food and I am not sure what the hold up was. Food was warm but not as hot and fresh as I was hoping for. Overall it was not the best Bojangles that I have been to. Long wait for a small order. Reasonably clean. The employees were kind and friendly. I would recommend visiting this location to eat if you are not in a hurry or time crunch. Not a terrible visit but could improve in some areas...
