I have visited this coffee shop a total of 4 times over the course of 2 weeks, with a friend. I ordered a large coffee and medium latte 3 of the 4 times the drinks we delicious and the coffee was dark and robust. However, each time I was asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for the order to come out. The service is very slow. The 4th time was today ! I was disappointed when I was asked to pull around to wait for the coffee. I ordered a large latte and a large coffee and both were watered down and did not taste well at all. I called to ask if they changed the coffee. I was told that they have light roast and a dark roast coffee. I was confused because I was not aware that was the case. Due to the fact that I spent $10, I returned to the location with the coffee in hand to show them the coffee was watered down. They offered to remake the coffee. However, the coffee 2nd order still did not taste like the coffee I had on the first three occasions. I've decided to pass on Caribou coffee. With a $10 price point for two coffee orders, it is a bit much to spend when I have wait in the parking lot only to discover I have two watered down coffees, after I arrived at my...
Read moreAfter months of excitement to try a new coffee shop, as a self proclaimed coffee enthusiast. I was stoked to see the "now open" signs in the lawn and seeing posts on facebook about their opening. My boyfriend and I got in line around 3pm 6/8 and was greeted by a nice lady, we are told "everything is free today. We wait 45 minutes in line, which was okay. It's their first day being open and everyone is excited to try it, employees are still new at everything. So we patiently wait with excitement. Then after almost a full hour in line, this older white lady (I wish I was able to get her name). Came up to us as we sat in line and told us "If y'all didn't get an invitation you guys need to leave, we aren't serving you today." In such confusion, I responded "I thought yall were open, with the signs out in the lawn and all?" She quickly snapped saying "Ya well they shouldn't have put those out in the first place." My boyfriend and I didn't even care about getting a couple free drinks, we were just throughly disappointed that we wasted an hour of our lives, just to get rudely spoken too by...
Read moreExcited for a closer, drive thru coffee shop. However, it was $6.63 for a 16oz Medium Iced Vanilla White Mocha. Absolutely delicious and the staff was very nice and quick! At Starbucks, it’s $6.69 for a Venti 24oz iced coffee drink. I prefer to get the most for my dollar and that’s the only reason I’m posting this review too is for anyone else like me! I hate to knock this place because it’s cute and convenient, but it’s unfortunate how overpriced coffee is...
