The store itself is fantastic & always has what I’m looking for + more! This is probably the 5th time I’ve been here since they’ve opened. This time it was just me & my 2 year old. We were using one of those race car kid carts. the cart man followed me to my car and stood there the entire time holding onto my cart which was unnecessary in the 1st place, but it freaked my 2 year old out cause this strange guy is standing in his face. I told the man it’s gonna be awhile as I have a system of unloading my groceries and I still have to get my kid in the car. He responded with “but I wanna take your cart back” I said that’s fine but can you come back in a bit and grab it while I finish loading my groceries & he didn’t respond and literally stood there the entire time holding my cart while I loaded the groceries. Read moreI'm not sure how they could be worse. Prescriptions are never ready, even when called in 6-8 hours earlier. I don't think they even start working on them until the customer arrives. They don't contact you to tell you when they are out of something and can't fill a prescription, they just let you show up and wait in line. Today I thought I'd call ahead based on previous experience to set them up for success. Nope. I was told they would not have the medication I needed until sometime the next day. I asked them to cancel and told them I'd have my dental office send the prescription to another pharmacy. One hour later, I get a text message telling me my prescription is ready. Read moreTried this pharmacy twice in the last 5 months and both experiences were awful. Prescriptions never ready remotely close to quoted time and often requires me to reach out numerous times for it to get filled.
If they're running behind, they need to say so and give longer times. Don't say 30 minutes and still not even start it 3 hours later. Or, in our case, until the following day. Constantly waiting for a text/notification that never arrives.
I tried to be patient knowing many places are short staffed but the lack of communication is awful. Be honest and upfront if you're backlogged and need longer time. Don't just have people waiting hours with the expectation it'll be ready "in a...
