Disheartening experience this time vs. all the other great times Iāve had being new to the area. Not sure who the male was yelling at me from the moment I walked in -super unprofessional and very tyrant fused-told me not to park in the front of the building in-front of everyone in a very aggressive, and demeaning manor. Said it was a liability which I could, respectfully understand. As a worker addressing a longtime patron of the chain-he could have easily addressed me by pulling me aside and asking why I had. I would have then kindly and respectfully, explained that I had waited in the handicapped parking spot for over 35mins with my hazards on to pickup my pizzas (which I have a sticker for). I saw a male with dreads and a hat holding two pizzas come out the door and stand and glance into the parking lot before returning back inside. After having waited as long as I did I decided to drive up hopefully be able to snag my pizzas and get the family to eat since it was a longer than normal wait. I was greeted by this individual who has no manners nor proper customer service care. There were other patrons in the store eating and the cooking area was more than fully staffed to the point this individual soured the entire atmosphere with his show. I politely stated I was just there to pickup my pizzas; embarrassed and appalled by this male and his antics. I hurried to the register where I was met by the male with dreads and a hat who kindly, and quickly disarmed the negativity in the air from the other male handing me my pizzas, apologizing and sending me off with āhave a wonderful eveningā. The male from the beginning continues his antics towards me again as I am walking out having already been disconnected in communication with him a while ago; proceeds with āmoving forward in the future parking there is a liability for usā, sir itās a liability that itās raining and the staff there did not do their due diligence in actually going up to the vehicles parked and just double checking and asking, so simple I would have gotten my order and left. This is a huge inconvenience for me and now your liability show. Background:The car option ordered from online was not able to be switched since it was a different vehicle I was in this time. Super easy situation blown out of control by a worker who does not know their place. Another patron would have spazzed. Iād just say corporate should do an investigation here undercover to see that patrons needs are actually getting fully met. Invest in proper staff who have etiquette, integrity, maturity and resistance to provide anything other than the upmost professionalism...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could rate this experience with a ā0ā, I would! I bought some wings and a pizza at the dominoās at 314 Route 12, Groton CT and it was the worst experience Iāve ever encountered purchasing food and speaking with a manager from a food service establishment. The wings werenāt crispy and definitely werenāt sweet as I thought theyād be and so I called the store and asked if it was possible to have them done crispy and changed to a different flavor and the response from the manager Jay was absolutely unacceptable. First, he didnāt even exercise any level of empathy and his tone, and attitude itself was as if he was being annoyed before I could even explain the problem I was having with the wings. Going as far as cutting me off while Iām talking and talking over me before I could express my frustration was an absolute turn off. He didnāt offer any solution to compensate for the problem we had with the wings except for repeatedly asking if we were gonna make a new order and saying that they donāt do exchange for wings. So I guess it is impossible to have well done wings and the customerās experience and satisfaction is not a thing anymore right? Jay needs to be re-evaluated for customer service and retrained before he is allowed to continue work because failure to do so will inevitably lead to loss of customers which is key to the success of any business. Remember that we customers are the reason why you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a pizza, Large with BBQ sauce instead of the tomato sauce from Store #4050. Once it was delivered I discovered there was no sauce, not tomato, not BBQ, nothing. So i called the store and told them the issue, they said they would send another pizza out. Waited over an hour ( I live 12 mins away tops) for the second pizza to be delivered, checked it and there was NO SAUCE again!. Now waiting for a third time, I've never had this issue before and I have always ordered this pizza with no issues. To make matters worse when I tried asking for a refund of at least 50% I was hung up on after being told "well you got two pizzas out of this, i mean they weren't made properly but..." This was the MANAGER of the store that was speaking. My question is this... how do you forget to put sauce, any sauce on a pizza? That is the second step of making a pizza. Step 1: roll out the dough Step 2: add sauce Step 3: add cheese and toppings. Seriously not happy, at all. I used to be a very loyal customer but...
