AVOID AT ALL COSTS Review edited to add another disastrous experience.
Needed them to remake a sandwich. The manager yelled at me and told me no. Legit yelled at me raised voice and everything. I had to threaten to call corporate just to remake a sandwich. She got the district manager and then was forced to remake the sandwich. She must have taken this personal as she started slamming things and yelling at the top of her lungs about she couldn't "do it anymore", ripped her headset off, and stormed off. Honestly I just wanted a hot sandwich. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. The epilogue to my story is the second remade sandwich was made wrong. This Dunkin donuts is just the worst. I won't be going back unless they make some major changes. That was something else to watch.
EDIT: It's been a few months and some work friends and I decided to give this location another shot. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS WRONG. I'm not being hyperbolic at all. Not a single item was prepared correctly. It wasn't even close. I could see a small mistake but it was so wrong we thought we got someone else's order until we saw the label and it had my name on it. We sent someone back to get the order corrected and not only was the same lady that mad a meltdown in my original review still there, she became defensive and gave us an attitude like it was our fault the order was completely wrong. I never do anything like this but I will be calling the corporate office. I don't know if it will help, and I hate to be a "Karen" but this place is a train wreck. I love Dunkin Donuts and seeing this place such a disaster hurts my soul.
EDIT 2: Well it's been 10 months since I tried this place and I gave it another shot. Ordered a single sandwich. No other items. I couldn't have made my order any easier. We thought we would go to DD drive-thru for a special drink. We ordered and pulled up to pay and receive our drinks. However, there was a large vehicle in front of us, not at the pick-up window but just beyond, blocking the exit of the drive-thru lane. After we paid and received our drinks we honked our horn in a short burst to let them know we needed to leave. When there was no response and they didn't move, we (along with the cars behind us) started honking again. We (everyone in line behind them) started asking them to move yet they ignored us . They not only ignored our requests to stop blocking traffic (there was a line of cars waiting) the 2 fat british chicks thought they would yell obscenities at us and then proceeded to get out of their vehicle threatening to beat me up. That was until they realized that they were being videoed and quickly toned it down, got back into their vehicle and drove away.
The reason the 2 fat brits said they couldn't move was because DD staff told them they had to wait there (blocking the drive-thru exit) in order to get their food. ???? When we (the people waiting in line) asked DD staff to go out to the vehicle and ask them to move to a parking spot (where any normal person would know to go) they (DD staff) refused.
I asked to speak with a manager - no manager, the new one starts tomorrow. Who's the owner - they don't know but he's probably watching the camera. Who's running the store - no one, just 4 very young people (high school?).
Ever since this store opened it has been one problem after another (wrong orders, incomplete orders, forgotten orders, etc, etc). Today was the last straw, I will never buy from there again. DD isn't all...

I went into Dunkin Donuts for a cold brew no ice no sugar no creamer just black I get all the way home and I realize that it's really watered down so I call the store I speak to the manager jazz. She asked me to come back to the store and I do immediately she says that she's going to correct my watered-down cold brew. I get back to the store she makes my drink I get into my car and it's also watered down. I called Jazz back on the phone and she advised me that she used the same batch to remake my drink and I understand that it's hard because cold brew has to be brewed the night before so you can't just make a whole new batch of cold brew right away. She asked me to come back the next day. That she would train her crew members on how to make cold brew.
To the store yesterday reminded her of who I was and Below you can see the picture of my cold brew it's clearly watered down there was literally no caffeine in it I got through it and there was absolutely no caffeine. This time I called back to the store the the girl who picked up the line told the manager I wanted to speak with her the manager said ask her if it's something you can help her with but the way that she said it I just asked for the corporate information I called and made a report I'm still waiting to hear back..
Most people won't notice that its watered- down because they feel their coffee with sugar and cream but because I drink it black I can definitely tell. If you want good coffee make it yourself at home or head over to Starbucks.
Or try the Clermont Dunkin Donuts they seem to get it...
