Pelican's SnoBalls - Grovetown — Restaurant in Grovetown

Went to pelicans tonight for a treat and had one of the worst experiences i have ever had there! Me and my sister went and ordered two regulars to go and my sister was cut off mid order by the worker! After paying and moving to stand at the next window a family pulled into to the parking lot and i overheard the worker saying to her coworker that it was a whole family and they closed in five minutes. the way she said it was rude and when me and my sister pulled up previously at 8:50 i noticed both workers were staring at us from the window as well! When we received our order it was to say the least very disappointing( the picture tagged). when ordering to go they are supposed to size up the cup and make it a flat top, that is not what happened tonight. we pretty much got kids! For $15 that is very disappointing. And when i returned back to the window to ask to make sure we got what we paid for she pretty much disregarded anything i was telling her and told me that is the way they do it which i know is incorrect. this is not the first time we have had a problem, about two weeks ago we went and again ordered regulars to go and that time that came in the appropriate size cup and we thought nothing of it and it was what we ordered. Much to our disappointment when we all ate about half of the snow-cone, there was no flavor and the whole bottom was just regular ice. Both time we have had the same girl...

This was around 4p.m 9.3.21. My fiancé paid $11 for 2 medium stuffed sno cones that are clearly not medium & are missing the big round top.

A total of 8 customers were ahead. He watched all 8 Sno-cones came out with their round tops. He went to pick up ours & was embarrassed to speak up about it. If I was there I definitely would have said something.

One of the kids even knocked his round top on the ground & the people behind the counter re-topped it off with another round top??

Highly disappointed. Not sure if it was racial profiling or why He would be treated differently than everyone ahead of him.

I went there with my nieces and they order a butterfly kiss and a shark attack. It’s pictured with the butterfly and shark on top. So when I receive them and asked about the gummies because it wasn’t as pictured the workers in the back were rude. And said and I quote “you didn’t see the sign it’s at the bottom” and another worker said rudely “ yeah why don’t you try that”. All I asked was a simple question and received sarcasm. This is a family established I’d expect them to act nicer around young children but I guess I was excepting too much.
