Nove Sushi — Restaurant in Guaynabo

I had the Singapore noodles. It was pretty good. The meat was tender. The noodles had a Singapore flavor. The flavor and spice was a bit mild for my taste but perfect for locals I think.

There was a small gnat like bug on the edge of my bowl. I don’t mind but some people might. There were no signs of bugs or anything like that on the food and I only saw one. So pretty good I think.

Ate at 1pm on a Saturday and no bento boxes like I see advertised on google maps. Kinda sad. Was hoping for one but the noodles...

Its a very relax place... The food is amazing, never had a bad experience with them, my wife says the rice is the best she ever had, im not a fan of any, so i have not tried it, but she loves it... Rolls are great, no bad things to say about the place, at all, prices are ok, services is...

This place was recommended by someone from another restaurant we go to frequently when we asked about sushi on the island. It was great! We had lots of sashimi and tried some other small plates. The spicy edamame is addictive! Everything was so fresh....
